Can't believe the toilet in the men's bathroom is ADA. It is at the height of an elementary school child's toilet

Not customer service oriented. Ordered a rx from my doctor went to pick it up on a Friday, not ready bc they did not have the medication in stock. Clerk assured me the medication would be ready next day Saturday. Checked the posted hours, hours posted stated lunch 2-230. Went on Saturday at 115 pm. Pharmacy closed asked clerk why she pointed at the payed hours and said they are closed for lunch. I said to clerk you better update your signs bc they all state lunch is 2-230. Clerk stated I'll let my manager know. So needless to say I went with our my medication bc of their incompetence. Looking for new pharmacy. Also they always tell me I have no refills but my doctor says I do. This service is unacceptable especially when they are dealing with patients medications and health. Wish I could give them a zero on this review

So sorry! Worst customer service ever. Been with them over 20 years. Pick up medications every month. Can't get flu shot because they say Medicare number doesn't work all the sudden. Spent hours calling Medicare and Social Security and everything is fine including name, address, as number. No pharmacy manager. No store manager. Just a bunch of people incapable of any help at all!

Walgreens should do business with a better company if they truly “care” about the safety and we’ll being of their community. Most people want a test that’s been done within 48-72hrs but with this place is taking 4 days which makes that impossible. Took the lab 48hrs to even receive the test (the lab is less than 80 miles from test location). They also have no option for expedited results. Therefore in order for me to get a result in the required time frame even if I’m vaccinated I’d have drive 160 miles round trip. Most people would be in the hospital, not living, or over the virus before they would even have the results from this place.

Teach their employees to be respectful and do the job they get paid for! My sister and I decided to go there to get things for a baby shower. When we walked up to the register, no one was there. Which is fine, no biggie, so we put our stuff on the counter and patiently waited. The female employee came up to the register with a guy and told my sister and I to stand back because she was ringing him up first. Alright, that was a little rude because we were already standing there waiting, but we moved back to the first sticker and waited. She finally goes to ring us up and the female employee asks my sister if she wants a bag. My sister said it's okay she could just put the stuff in the gift bag. The employee then proceeds to tell my sister "No, you can put it in the bag" starts to ring our stuff up and leaves it on the counter for my sister to reach over and put it in the bag. She spent atleast $70 and I felt like telling the lady that we weren't going to buy any of it and will take our business across the street to rite aid to someone who actually wanted to help us and wasn't rude. Your prices are more than if we went to walmart but I live around the corner and go there all the time so I suggested we went there. I will no longer give you my business I rather go to rite aid.

Worst customer service EVER. My boyfriend and I just left the store. we waited until 9 am so about 15 minutes in the car, since the hours are different due to the virus. We have came to the DRIVE THRU pharmacy about 3 times for a emergency contraception and had no problem getting it. We waited 15 minutes for this lady to say YOU HAVE TO COME INSIDE TO PURCHASE. WHAT??? It's a pharmacy item and you are forcing me to walk INTO the store? Who knows if anyone infected has been in the store the whole world is telling us pick ups are safer than entering the store. My Bf asks the lady how come you made me come inside when the past couple times I've bought it through the drive thru and her RESPONSE is ridiculous " It just depends on who's working the drive thru lets get u rung up though" two different women with a unprofessional attitude. Worst pharmacists I've met. Hopefully the owner will see what Inconsiderate people work at this pharmacy 3/19 at 9 am.

They open at 8am today but it was 8:10am and an EXTREMELY rude latino employee basically yelled at me because I asked him when they open. He did NOT say sorry, "I'm running late", he basically said get out. I then asked when they are planning to open, he barked at me, "IN A FEW MINUTES".. I went to a rival drugstore across the street for cold/flu meds. 10 minutes later, I noticed other customers arriving at Wallgreens and the mean man yelled at them to leave as well. If they plan on opening 30minuntes late every day then they should POST IT on their business hours. STOP MISLEADING CUSTOMERS..

How about calling to let people know that a photo item you ordered isn't working before you come in the store expecting what you ordered? Plus there have been plenty of times saying my order would be ready at a certain time and was told it was not and would have to come back at a later time. So sick of this store honestly.

My cousin is prescribed a psych medication by his doctor at this pharmacy the pharmacist filled it two times but said it was an exception because he didn't have an oroville address Even though he lived in oroville ever since him and his family lost everything in the Camp Fire. His doctor sent a prescription a third time and the pharmacist refused to give it to him. This is a medication that you can actually die without having; he's already suffered a seizure from withdrawals and right now is having suicidal thoughts and on his way to the hospital. This head pharmacist is cruel and should be sued or fired for negligence. I cannot believe they can override a MEDICAL DOCTORS instructions that say to give this man his medication. His mom called to talk to the the pharmacist and now my aunt is worried her son is going to die. I waited in line to pick it up for him and they still wouldn't give me his medication. I'm just in shock right now. He doesn't even want to take this stupid medication but has to because the withdrawals are so bad. Mental health is a serious issue and they think it's a joke or something. If he dies or hurts himself the blood is going to be on your hands Walgreens pharmacist.
