This location has all your basic needs and wants. They have everything from decent quality-ish hot dogs, ready to go pizza and sandwiches to cookies, Slurpees, coffee, sodas, candy, and more. Prices are obviously higher than what you'd see at a grocery store, but what you're paying for is the convenience of getting in and out with your Twinkies and Mountain Dew quickly. I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but it's a little frustrating when the Lotto machine seems to be down a lot of times I want to get a ticket or redeem a ticket. Plus, the lines here can get long pretty quickly, which cuts a little into the convenience aspect of 7-eleven - and that's no one's fault - but just wanted to mention it. Just the popularity of 7-eleven I guess. The cashiers have always been friendly and I like that I can grab some snacks, a soda, and some lotto tickets (when the machine works) all in one go.

Somewhat organized but they’re always missing coffee/ slurpee lids. Terrible customer service from the young female cashier every time I come here shes usually working night shifts, incredibly rude to every customer and sometimes wont attend you and pretend to be busy with other tasks even though people are at the counter and will also go make conversation with other customers who just walked in.

I was just there at 6:35 PM on Sunday, June 25 I was the third person in line and I've already been waiting about 10 minutes. There was one cashier the managers was walking around putting hotdogs on grills writing some stuff on some papers just kind of nonchalantly walking around, not paying attention that there was, many people in line with one register there was no apology no thank you for waiting no greeting I had already made a drink from the fountain machine and I could not wait anymore so I sat the drink down on the counter and laughed. Unfortunately I had somewhere to be I'm not used to substandard service Like this with no acknowledgment or someone at least paying attention I'm assuming that lady was a manager I don't know or maybe she didn't know how to ring I don't know, but either way someone should at least acknowledge the people waiting in line and thank them other people laughed to without buying anything

Warning for the elderly or the people who's not paying attention to what the cashier is doing when you are buying warm foods. The cashier, beside some bad attitude, seems he doesn't like his job and is not in favor for the business to do well. I came today 3/24/22 at around 1:30 pm to get some whole pepperoni pizza, I paid and he told me to wait 5 minutes, I just went to get drinks and back to cashier to pay, I noticed the pizza on display is gone and when I pay my drinks he hand me the pizza in the box. I ask him is this the pizza on display? I am waited 5 minutes and you're giving me the old pizza? He said oh it's new I just cook it a while few minutes ago. A few minutes ago I said look at the cheese it's not looks like its freshly cooked. He said besides we don't have any pepperoni pizza anymore. I was so upset but I don't want to go any other 7-eleven because we gonna be late to our Dr Appt. But for sure I am not going back to that store anymore. The 7-eleven at Gonzales and at C street they have nice and friendly workers, even It's a little farther from me I don't mind to go as long as they treat their customers right.

Dirty, employee paid me no attention, literally was able to nab merchandise out the door without a care. And this was at 5pm.
