This 7/11 is by far the best here in Oxnard. The store is always clean and fully stocked. The owner and employees are always friendly and with a great attitude. This is a great example of how all 7/11 stores should be. I give it a 10/10 👌😊

Horrible service the person who attends is always with hearing aids I had a very bad experience I grabbed a card from 10 to 500 and I gave him a bill of 20 I told him that the card would be 10 and I don't listen he just put the 20 on the card and in the end I told him and he just smiled and he said he already put the 20

On Jan 12 2025 around 9pm I went into this store two clerks were very disrespectful and making sexual comments I found this to be very uncomfortable I expect to be treated with respect when going into a 7 eleven establishment.

I am a frequent customer of the 7-Eleven brand and often have wonderful experiences. This location, however, drives a hard bargain.
The hot food items often look unappealing. Sometimes appearing expired and clearly never rotated out. I've frequented this establishment multiple times in a single day due to its proximity to my new home, and the same items will be on display for over ten hours.
This is a serious health code violation. The hot food needs to be held to a safe temperature, and must be discarded every couple hours. The chili and cheese must be rotated and serviced daily.
Between the poor customer service, promotions not being honored, and food safety concerns... this establishment should be avoided.

Unprofessional Staff and Billing Errors at 7-Eleven
This 7-Eleven location has left me feeling disrespected and frustrated on multiple occasions. Last week, I was told they don't speak Spanish when I inquired about check cashing, even though I was speaking English. Yesterday, I was incorrectly charged $20 for two drinks that should have only cost $8. When I addressed the discrepancy, the cashier demanded a receipt I wasn't even given.
This unprofessional behavior and billing errors make me hesitant to return to this location.
I hope this review helps others avoid similar experiences.

I walked in to buy a slice of pizza and a water. I walked out getting a courtesy gift and paid the same amount! This is the best 7/11 I’ve been too. I am definitely coming back.

Order my food on app and it was denied by store owner and Employee. I was told that my order was canceled when my app was showing that my order was completed. Lied to me about my order and didn't e e even issue my refund. I have to call many times and spend hours on the phone to get my money back. I will not recommended to shop at store neither on app.

My mom and I went in to get a drink. My mom noticed the soda machine had an issue with it so she tried to let an employee know about it but he ignored my mom and turned around to talk to his coworkers. The cashier that checked us out was friendly though (different employee). We're never coming back here again :)

Horrible customer service. As someone who works in fast food you’re supposed to allow the last few people to get what they want. The man there told me to hurry up because they were gonna close. After leaving the store he let in two more people but hurried me out. He wasn’t even wearing a mask and walked around the whole store touching everything. Never coming back again. WORSE 7-ELEVEN EVER.
