We wish we never came to this store. We custom ordered 2 swivel armchairs on labor day weekend to take advantage of their sale. We told the salesman we would not be able to get into our new home for a couple months and he said that was fine. When the chairs came in, he called and said we needed to get them that weekend, or they would get sent to Antelope Valley. When we reminded him we told him about our situation when we bought the items, he said, "Don't you have a garage to stick them in? " So that's what we did. Their delivery person came that weekend and advised us not to open the packaging because it was packed very tightly to protect it, so we didn't. A month later, when we were able to move in and open it, lo and behold, the item was damaged on the side. We called the store manager, and he couldn't care less. He was unwilling to take the item back or even offer to give it to us at the floor model price since the chair looks used. He did offer to give us a discount next time we shop at his store, but there is no way we're ever going back there when they don't take responsibility for their delivery service or stand by their products. There's so many furniture stores next to them to choose from. Skip this one.

GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! Purchased a custom sectional with our sales rep Mariano. Was able to choose fabric, design and firmness. After designing our couch, paying in full and leaving a day later we got a call from Amir stating our couch measurements were wrong. Amir stated we got an extra two feet for free and to measure to make sure our space could accommodate. Amir NEVER explained why until after we received our couch and notice two feet was missing opposite side. After Amir choose to txt myself (very unprofessional), yelling at myself and husband in the store (again beyond unprofessional) we still have no solution. Amir was so infatuated with proving us wrong then actually coming up with a solution. Amir and his team are beyond rude, unprofessional and need some training on their products. The amount of miscommunication blows me away. With that being said we do love our couch, just wish we had the two feet we are missing. This store really needs a lesson on communication, customer service, and empathy!

Amir is not a good salesperson at all very rude, had ordered some furniture the delivery company called said that we owe them $150 for delivery which was not told to use on sale, the charge is not a big deal but let us know, have been dealing with this company over 30 years on multiple pieces of furniture, Amir will never get my business ever again. And to add insult to injury when they showed up to deliver they wanted payment of the $150 in CASH so I had to run to the atm which was a inconvenience and also with the delay I'm sure pushed back someone else's delivery

Service seemed great manager told me 2 week’s delivery here I am a month later looking like a clown missing furniture. All I have received is excuses and subpar answers. Huge mistake on my part will never be doing business here again

STAY AWAY, not happy at all, not gonna go in to details cause is exactly what the previous one star reviews talks about this place, do your self a favor and ask your sales guy before you purchase if he is gonna ve that nice if for any reason you have any questions after you purchase and after he gets his commission.

Update...the couch was finally delivered, but came with two incorrect pillows. When the store finally reached out to the vendor, the vendor indicated that the pillow fabric had been discontinued. Shockingly...no-one thought to mention that at any point during this long process. Not even a mention of this fabric also being discontinued when they informed me of the actual couch fabric no longer being available. Just one issue after another! Not one thing went smoothly, efficiently nor timely in this entire purchase.

This is purely for after delivery service. The salesman, who has since left, was good. I purchased the warranty with my sectional as I was talked into it by the manager. It turned out it ok for me, but overall, I have read terrible stories with BBB about the company they use, Guardian. Anyway, after going through Guardian's channels in September 2021, for fabric that was supposed to be scotch guard protected and wasn't, they authorized in February 2022- yep you read it right 5 months later, for new seat covers. Why??? It took Royal suites 9 weeks to get back to repeated requests by Guardian with a quote. Guardian approved the quote in March and is told it will be 6-10 weeks to come in. End of June rolls around and I check with Guardian and Royal Suites- where AJ never returns an email btw, because I've heard no updates and am moving out of the state. Guardian gets involved and I FINALLY get a response from Aj after sending an email to him and his boss that they had two days or I would report to BBB and attorney general for their business practice. Guess what folks??? They never even bothered to order the items!!!!! It is now September 30th and just got a call today to set up delivery. Wow!!! Considering Guardian already told you I moved and you all said you would ship them directly to me, your incompetence is beyond real. So over a year later--- yep, 1 year, maybe they will actually get to a post office and send them over. Know what you're getting into, people. If all you want is buy it and be done, this might be your place- if you expect anything more- go elsewhere.

As other reviewers have stated, the customer service in store while you are ordering is exceptional, it's everything that happens after placing an order that is an issue.I placed an order for a sectional and a chaise lounge from A Royal Suite in Oxnard on May 28, 2022. I was quoted a lead time of 8-10 weeks. I called at the 8, 10, and 14 week marks and was told my order wasn't ready and to wait for them to give me a call. At the 15 week mark, I received a voicemail that the sectional was ready for delivery but that there was an issue with the availability of the fabric for the chaise lounge and I could either select a new fabric or choose to get a refund and not receive the chaise lounge. That didn't make sense since I had ordered the same fabric on the sectional and the chaise lounge, but I had already waited almost 4 months and didn't want to keep waiting for them to start the process again, so I called in to say to cancel the order for the chaise lounge. When I called back, they said there was a mix-up and they can make the chaise lounge, so I can't request to cancel that part of the order.After a 16 week wait, the sectional was finally delivered today on September 18, 2022. Unfortunately, it has several quality issues as you can see in the attached images and video.Issue #1: Four of the legs of the sectional do not touch the floor, despite the delivery team's best effort to rectify this.Issue #2: The couch is extremely rickety and unstable, as shown in the video, likely as a result of issue #1. It's not safe to sit on it.Issue #3: There are quality issues with the sewing and fabric including (a) an unfinished seam where there is a hole at the edge of the arm of the sectional, (b) seams where fibers of the stuffing are coming out the side, and (c) areas where the fabric seems damaged like it was scraped against something and the nap of the fabric has been partially removed.This is unacceptable for any brand new piece of furniture. This sectional is unusable in its current condition. I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. I am disappointed in myself for trusting A Royal Suite, who has been sitting on the almost $4,000 that I paid up front while I have been couchless for the past 4 months.

My fiancé and I went in about a month ago to look for a new couch. We found two we really liked but had a while to go before we were actually moving. Madeline was the sweetest, and most personable sales associate during the entire process. She took our contact information and kept us up to date on the inventory while we waiting for our new home to be ready. It was her kindness that assured us we were in fact, buying our couch from her when the time was right. We kept in contact and finally went in to purchase our couch from her! Again, the sweetest woman. She made the process fun and enjoyable for us from beginning to end. We will 10000% be back to work with her for the rest of our home furnishings!

This review is about Mike. I went back and forth from Royal Suite with swatches and good intentions. Ultimately I purchased from a different company but, I can't say enough about Mike. He texted alerts regarding pricing. He was patient, kind and helpful. I highly recommend Mike. Thanks Mike!

My partner and I got a whole list of different items from A Royal Suite. Everyone who works there is very professional and extremely patient, which is important when you have to pick colors for a couch, the sizes, etc. They even went online with me to show me what other furniture they could get shipped in so we were happy. Everything we got is great quality and very comfortable for a great price. Highly recommend.
