This place has gone completely downhill and ridiculous under me management. It definitely makes you appreciate the previous management more when they are more worried and focused on whether or not somebody's picking up an item for sale or using an outlet to charge your phone than the rats running rampant throughout the facility.
Asinine petty crap from this management group. Fire hazard as the excuse for not letting you charge you phone? GTFOH.

Took over an hour and a half just to do paper work. There was no line, I was told it would take 15 min. They were nice, just WAY too slow.

I have had absolutely nothing but amazing experience with the customer service here they have always been kind and on top of things. They got me into a unit right away and have always just made sure that all my needs are met. 10/10 recommend them. I was literally on my way to a public storage place with an appointment to see a spot and I saw this facility out of the corner of my eye, and I turned around and I am so glad So reasonably priced and so amazing.
