Abc Supply has been outstanding to work with. Ben is an incredibly knowledgeable sales representative who always goes above and beyond to make sure we get exactly what we need. Oscar is also exceptional—he consistently gets our deliveries out on time and communicates clearly, which makes our jobs run much smoother. Their branch manager deserves recognition as well; they run a tight ship and are always on top of everything. Overall, Abc Supply has an excellent team, and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and reliability.

I am so impressed by this place! Knowing nothing about gutter downspouts, I showed up and Carlos taught me exactly what I needed to buy. Then Ruben went above and beyond fitting the 10 foot sections of downspout into the SUV. I did not think it would fit and thought I’d have to drive with the window open and the spout sticking out the window but Ruben would not accept that. He kept on trying by lowering one seat, then another, then taking the headpiece out, etc. Guess what! He succeeded and I drove home in the rain with the windows closed which was wonderful, comfortable, and dry.
It’s a real pleasure to run into people who really care about customer service. I don’t know how Ruben at 24 years old learned so much about customer service and caring for them, but I sure benefited from it. Jesus, as manager, is doing a great job with his employees. Keep up the good work!!!!

I was looking for help with shingles for my new roof color & kind of shingles that we needed, And Ben Who is in sales helped me out tremendously & was very patient in answering all my questions that I had and he was very knowledgeable about the product & process, the roof turned out beautiful and I thank Ben for all his expertise with my job, Great Employee to have working for your Co.

Custumer service worthless. They only want to deal with roofing companies if you need help with advice or if need to order a small amount sales personnel wont even give you the time of day
