The owner won’t let me park my vintage trailer there because it’s older than a year 2000. Talk about stuck up. This is why people are leaving California. My trailer is cooler than anything on that lot 👎🏼

Had my RV broken into a total of 7 times. The first three were when their camera system was down, with no date as to when it would be working again. They finally got their camera system in, but I was broken into 4 more times. The only thing I received was a "...sorry, but we can't help..." from the manager. They suggested calling the police, but Oxnard police took a statement over the phone and didn't care to come out and see. There was no effort to move me or to provide anything other than a "...sorry, we'll give you your money back for any unused portion when you want to move out...".Their security is non-existent. If you are broken into, there is little to no help - other than to tell you to call the cops. I'd stay away from these guys. There are two other places on 5th Street that are better than this place. Do yourself a favor: don't believe the "great security" reviews. I found out after I lost $4000 worth of stuff out of my RV. Go down the street where it's better security but the same price.

This place is incredible and clean and a fair price everyone else wants $50.00 more than what I'm getting charged the two individuals that work in the office are down to earth there restroom are clean the only time there trashed Is because of others that rent space there

Front office staff is very professional and accomodating. Shout out to Phil. Affordable rates, many storage options (when there's space). Highly recommended.

Best Prices in Town! Seriously they are so inexpensive and the staff are so friendly! They even have a dog there from time to time who is also super friendly and loves scratches. Their hours of operation are reasonable, access to storage is like from 5am-8pm daily and office hours are just a little less than that (sorry I don’t remember office hours exactly.) Also their rates don’t change every year like public storage rates do, their rates change maybe every 3-5 years if that. Awesome storage I highly recommend this place if you need extra space to hold your stuffs.

Phil is awesome! He was helpful and really kind to us.We rented a space for two months. Our Rv was safe. This place was pretty full so we were lucky to find a space.It’s gated and well maintained.Thanks Phil!!

I had a very positive experience with this facility. It was not always easy but I was the source of the issues because it took a long time to find someone who could move my vehicle from their facility, and they were very extremely patient and professional. I even tried to pay them more and they would not accept it. The manager Phil, Erica, and someone from the main office the issue was escalated to. All classy, professional people, and the facility is well kept. Thank you again for everything.

Went to check this place out to store our rv. The manager, Phil, seemed irritated with my husband asking for availability. I then went in to see about the waitlist and received the same treatment. All this after trying to call and no answer. I guess because they have business, kindness, respect, and good customer service are not so important.
