Israel was great. I told him I did not want to spend a lot of time at the dealership as sometimes it can take up to 4-5 hours when buying a car, so we did most of the paperwork over email and the time spent at the Alexander of Oxnard was quick, easy and painless. Truck was dropped off from the factory on a Wednesday and I drove it home Thursday. I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership.

I had an excellent experience getting my GMC 2500 repaired. They did a fantastic job, ordering the necessary part and fixing everything within three days. They repaired my air conditioner, radio satellite and resolved an issue with the vent in the car seat not throwing air. Special thanks to Nieves, who was on time, kept me updated, and assisted with a rental car during the repair period. The process was super easy: I picked up the rental just a few minutes from my house and dropped it off at the dealership. They took care of returning the rental. Overall, it was a seamless and positive experience. I'll definitely be coming back. Shout out to Nieves for his excellent service!

Additionally, the finance manager was extremely helpful, ensuring that all the paperwork was handled efficiently and that I got the best deal possible. Today, I dealt with the parts department since I ordered a tonneau cover for my AT4X. Everything was first class from my time on the phone and my pickup at the dealership. I would give them 5 stars. I did happen to see the same model of truck on the showroom floor, so I went to take a look. They had the audacity to have a $10,000 dealer adjusted markup on the truck. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership or send friends/ family members either. Shameful practice that should be criminal.... I had to buy my vehicle out of this county since most of the dealerships attempted to charge the adjusted dealer markups!

I’ve brought my truck to this dealer a few times for general maintenance and warranty repair. Ok service, nothing note worthy. Good or bad. I was in need of an oil change so I made an appointment. A few days before my appointment I had a check engine light come on. I could have run to a parts place and used their code reader for free to check the code but decided to wait till I had my oil changed. HUGE MISTAKE!! They charged me $250 to check the code. No work done, just checking the code! When I asked for an explanation for the absurd charge, they tried saying it was for a professional diagnosis. The same “professional diagnosis” I got when I googled the code. These crooks just lost a customer for life.
