All in all, I had a pretty good experience! Everyone was very friendly and helpful when sitting in the lobby filling out paperwork. My stylist that did my lash lift and tint was very nice and friendly as well! The only “complaint” I really would have is that I wish the rooms you are in are a little nicer and maybe a little bit more comfortable. But the employees are great! ?

The entire staff is so accommodating and are always friendly. I always feel welcomed when I go in and I’ve been going so long that they know me by name! I refuse to go anywhere else to get my lashes done.

I have done the eyelash lift and tint but this last one had truly damaged my eyelashes ? I'm upset with the tech and I don't even know who it is, it's never consistent.
My eyelashes usually are thick and long and people always ask me how I get them this long... Not anymore. I've been stripped from my one good quality I am not happy whatsoever.
I can't trust this place anymore.

I was a a client of Amazing lash studio for over a year, I have gotten multiple full sets and refill. My last service was so awful (I asked for a natural full set and left with so much eye lashes i could barely open my eyes) I had to come back to try and fix it, it was fixed by literally plucking out lashes out my eye lids. Because of the poor job I had to take a break from full sets to allow my eyelashes to grow back. I did not get any services since March of 2024, it is now August. I have been in and out of the country since then and haven’t been able to come in to cancel my membership. I finally got around to do it and when I requested to not get charged the last month as I basically did not use the credits on my account neither do I plan on using the credits (please keep in mind we are talking about 500/600$ of credit on my account) they refused to not charge me the 30 days notice. I fully understand the contract I signed, however the circumstances here is that I paid for months without getting any services (and that is my own fault for not cancelling sooner), but I am not asking for any type of refunds, only asking for the latest month to not get charged. I think this is honestly ridiculous, no matter what the contract says, a commercial gesture would have gone a long way to possibly keep me as a client and for me to even possibly come back as a client.
Anyway, please be careful who you book with, they have some great tech and some that literally will destroy your lashes!

I’d give 0 starts if I could. I reached out because my lash lift wasn’t even a lash lift they fell down with an unnoticeable curl wasted $86 and all they said was I need at least 3 sessions depending on my lashes I’m so disappointed they only offered a 50% off for my next visit and they said I could book a consultation and canceled it the next day saying they can’t do it only after 5/6 weeks which makes no sense cause the previous girl said we will see what we can do on your appointment. Do not go here it’s a waste of money I would still have to curl my lashes AFTER getting a lash lift.

Amazing Lash is exactly that Amazing I've been w/them for over 3 yrs & whether I have a Master Stylist or not I always love my lashes when I walk out. Staff is very sweet & professional. I love to post my after photos on Instagram & thrilled when I see it on their account stories. It's so relaxing & they offer my favorite white wine to me. Sincerely Mary Carlson

I have been going to the same lash artist, since I joined! Mira is amazing. (I might of spelled her name wrong) She's the best! I had to use another lash artist because my girl was out of town. My appointment was at 7:40 PM. I was not seen till 8:20 PM. I get they run behind but no one said they will be right with you, or anything. I left there with my lashes looking worse then when I arrived. They were glued half way up my lash. when I was checking out I told the receptionist I was not happy with my lashes, and asked if they could be redone. (the night I had them done) I was told they could do a revise for a 30 minute appointment but not re do them. (Even though they were horrible and I paid full price for a fill) I said that wasn't acceptable because my lashes look horrible and I need at least an hour re fill. I called the next day and asked to speak to the manager/owner because I was a member at the studio, they told me they could only do a 30 minute appointment after that. Or else I'd be charged for a fill. (They obviously don't care because no manager reached out to me) I'm in the same industry and own a salon. If my client told me right after their appointment, they were not happy with the service. I would rebook them with no charge and get it right.. I was so was disappointed with the customer service. I'm not mad the receptionist because she only relayed the message but as the owner I would really read your yelp reviews and improve your customer service. You lost a good client because you were not willing to give a full hour to correct my lashes that were done wrong by one of your lash artists. I regret sending my friends to this studio. It's crazy to me they rather have an unhappy client then give the lash artist an extra 30 min to correct the problem. This place is a joke

Amazing Lash Studio is a division of WellBiz Brands, owned by KSL Capital Partners...it's not about the customer...it's about the money. If they already have the money, they don't care about the customer or they wouldn't have just kept my money without warning me the session was going to expire. When you sign a membership, I guess it says they keep your money from any unused sessions after 6months. I have poor working memory (I actually have a medical letter from my doctor who diagnosed me) and It would've been decent to receive an email with a warning before it "expires" and they're getting ready to keep the money for free since they're taking it despite me not using my last session. They're fine sending a ton of marketing emails though. Why does the session have to expire if I already paid for it? Why is this policy there in the first place when it clearly screws over the customer but benefits this franchise? Why can't they store your session or refund you or give you store credit if unused which would be the right and decent thing to do. I'd 100% recommend to support a local lash studio where there are people who actually need the money, where it's a lot more personal and considerate, and are far more accommodating to their clients...quality over quantity. I don't complain much as I'm pretty easy going but this just feels unjust, uncaring, and I don't see how this is fair to people who work hard for their money and want a little pampering. I would've been happy with store credit and still...why expire the session you already paid for ? Give me back my money or store credit and I'd settle but this is just not an okay policy. As to the actual sessions...nothing stands out or is better than any other place you could go to. And of course they try to upsell you with "memberships" and all the add ons you need to buy to make the lashes last till the next session and still a bunch would fall off within a few days. Hard pass if you want your lashes done at a place that values quality over quantity and doesn't just take your money without a care for the customer's livelihood. It's the principle for me. Not okay.

I’ve been coming to amazing lashes for awhile and every time I leave my lashes look amazing. They use to give me complimentary lash baths which helps your natural lashes to stay healthy. Maybe because I’ve been a customer for awhile they forget to do that for me but other than that they have amazing lash stylists and they are all very nice and friendly.
