If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My awful experience was on 12/11/24 at 7pm, I don't often ly stop by this gas station as often as before, maybe 1-3 times a month just for gas, but my most recent experience will be my last visit here. having to deal with the team leader that day was my reason, that day I wasn't even thinking about purchasing anything mainly because everything being so prici but seeing all the flavors of the slurping machines made me crave something, me never having a drink from the machines here I wanted to have a sample specially when I'm paying 3$ for a small drink and was gonna get chips with a snickers, I served myself a very small portion of the mango flavor then next the coconut flavor having already made up my mind the supervisor that night gave me a lecture about how they can't do samples with an attitude and keep in mind i have chosen a drink i want already, if this business is so worried about covid-19 why not just close the damn inside of the gast station like before back in 2020-2021, they won't because the business needs profit to pay the employees and the bills, after I asked the manager her name that night to ask customer service if that's how they run this store because if felt more like she thought i didn't have money to pay for my stuff. then she later goes on to say what's your name if like I was one of her employees, keep in mind I have served my drink and have argued with this lady for 10-20 sec I've just have had enough of that store and just decided to purchase my drink from the cup that I had tasted 1 other flavor and just buy my other cravings from another gass station, and after walking out with the items I had purchased with bad customer service this other customer said " this gass station has awful customer service too " that she thought the way the worker responded was uncalled for. Next day pases I call the office in the website to see if this is normal, later to be greeted with good customer service pick up call for me to ask a couple of questions and for me to submit a complaint about one the workers on site that night, for the guy on the phone to say that the worker that night was right and that's out of the ordinary for their workers for them to give attitude. Then we move forward to today to see if I'm overreacting or if other people are having the same problem with service here, to now just finding out that. Yes! People get treated like criminals. that they should replace the workers and start from scratch. When you have only one complaint from one customer, it's no big deal, but when you get more than 3 a month, it begging's to become a problem with the workers. This will be my last time purchasing something from this gas station until they decide to do something with management and in store purchases.

Very unprofessional,the staff and management needs to be trained on customer service.Everytime I have stopped there has been a bad experience.I believe they need to fire everyone and start from scratch.

They're always friendly & helpful.
I go for propane & if I'm alone they'll put it in the back for me then a neighbor takes it out. I appreciate that service! I can lift a full one (7 gal & taller) but it's very hard for me & they're heavy.
I would recommend Auto Fields Gas Station for your needs.

They treat you as a robber as soon as you enter the store. Clerks needs to be retrained. Coffee taste lake water. I guess they try to save on coffee supplies.

Heads up, check the payment machine. I peeled off a card skimmer and they acted like they had no idea. Always check for those. If you don't know what I mean search "card skimmer"

Having both worked and visited this area, I can safely say the owners are beyond unwelcoming and unprofessional they even go as far as to ignore you when you try to greet them. Even at times asking to use different names when talking to them, very shady practices. Would not recommend.

This gas station has some of best service around. We stop here every day on our way to practice, and the same people that work here are very focused on customer service. It's an overlooked experience by many but it's gone noticed. Keep it up.
