Shop local and see if a store nearby has what you need and keep your sales taxes in your own city! It’s almost habit to buy stuff on Amazon or Rock Auto, so I was pleasantly surprised when they had an ignition switch for a 2005 Honda CR-V in stock. I still placed the order online just to make sure I got the item. Picked it up 30 minutes later. A quick fix!

So I just want to give a shout out to the store manager. I needed a part but didn’t know what it was called. Carlos came out side and got me the right part. Great customer service by far.

Never really like shopping here due to bad experiences in the past but I had no choice. Surprisingly receive great customer service from the manager, Carlos what a positive change and plan to return without a doubt.

I went to the store on Saviors and Maxwell, was amazing! He was extremely helpful and quickly changed my brake lights and blinker lights for me. Highly recommend Maxwell, and this store, for any necessary car services.

I watched 3 people walk out because the line was taking so long. I called 20 minutes before coming in and was told there would be someone to help install, only to waste my time in line and be told no one could help me.

I had a very pleasant experience at AutoZone on Ventura Road in Oxnard. The gentleman that helped me with my wiper blades went over and above his duties to help as did the manager. They were very kind and professional. I truly felt like a valued customer.

Placed an order online, drive an hour to Autozone. Waited in line 10 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have it. So unprofessional. They actually get no stars, but you can't post with give 1.

Customer service over the phone is horrible. Writing this review as I am 20 mins on hold common. Help out whoever you got to quick and move on to the next. Why even answer and say can you please hold. Rookies.
