I just needed quaters and they could change only four quater rolls. I should wait more than 30 minutes to change 40 dollars to quaters. Need more windows open.

People there might be nice people. But the bank it self is a horrible bank. They made me wait when I went to cash my check. Then I had to wait for the customer that took the longest as I watched the line move along. Then they take 8 dollars out of your check if you don't have an account with them. It's a great reminder to not bank there. That's horrible customer service. What a total rip off. Thanks for nothing.

Not happy with the problems I have with Bank of America and EDD. Had money stolen out of Bank of America. And they haven't resolved the problem getting my money back from them. I wouldn't recommend this bank for banking.

I stopped by the atm this morning. I do drive a bus that takes up two spaces and BofA had no tandem parking. The parking lot was pretty empty when I pulled up and when I left. I believe in the time I was there three people came to use the atm as well. An employee (Gabby, silver truck in picture) pulled up and extremely rudely told me I couldn't park in those spaces. She then told me they were for employees only, which there was no signage explaining that. I wouldn't have parked there if it was employee only parking. The rest of the parking lot had many spaces available. (Also pictured) No one was in line at the atm. (Pictured)I try to be a nice person and only hold certain derogatory words when appropriately required. Gabby was rude, and behaved like a c*nt.Terrible customer service.Customer service doesn't just happen inside the building, it's also how you interact with customers in the parking lot as well.Gabby, be a nice person and you'll get better results.
