I recently conducted business with beacon as I ordered a new skylight. I received the skylight without the frame and inquired if somehow I could return it or order the frame with it. When I spoke to the manager I was told that they would see what they could do and they would call me. I never received a call and when I did go back to inquire about it they were rude to me and very unprofessional as to blame me for ordering an incomplete skylight and there was nothing they could do so I took the lens back to their office where it remains in their showroom and never got my money back. For for better service h&r roofing supply or JB wholesale is your best bet.Claudia A.
