Service was so bad I I got helped quickly for a walk in and the dude I talked to on the phone and spoke to when I walked in was very polite but the lady doing my nails her name was something like Nana was so rude to me, did not greet me I said hello and it was returned with a move over here and then she continue to not speak to me throughout the entire appointment forcefully moving my feet and setting things on me instead of just asking me to move my feet then she continued to file and filed so roughly that my toes were burning there were literal points where she wasn’t even filing nails just skin and the most she spoke to me, was to tell me that the nails that didn’t even come out that good we’re better than the no nails I had before she said it twice to be sure I heard it and then when I went to pay, she said $47 and then proceeded to say give me your card And did not mention any of the taxes that would be added on top of my total which is assumed but should always be mentioned.

Really bad experience. I went to get my gel x removed today. The lady gave me acetone to dip my nails in. It was scolding hot, I told her several times, and she chose to ignore me. Just saying dip nails in, dip nails in. After she continuously ignores me, she hurt me with the dremel and doesn't apologize until a lady behind her told her to be careful. It was a horrible and painful experience. Highly disappointed. Girls don't go there, especially if it is with Mari.

Not sanitary. They do not use single use items. Even after I asked. Cart had no barrier or been cleaned. He used a dirty file, buffer and used metal implements… plus a cheese grater. I have very healthy nails and know I didn’t need to have an electric grinder on the bed of my nails. I’m happy to pay for quality and safe service's, it was very uncomfortable because I had already asked before I sat down. Please raise your standards on the care you offer your guests, to prevent infection. You guys do great work! Everyone’s nails looked beautiful.

*Bad Customer Service *
New to the city trying to find a new nail tech.. found good reviews about tom so I called to make appointment the lady on the phone was annoyed I asked for him! When tom got to the phone I asked if he was available that day and if not when was his next availability, he immediately said “ no Im busy all week” with a nasty tone! I understand if he is busy but he could have helped me find another day but with his tone and the response I got I will take my business elsewhere!

My in law recommended this place and I am so sad that I won’t be coming back. I had high hopes. I did a walk in with Daniel and asked him for an acrylic almond set. He refused to thin down the acrylic from the sidewalls making my fingers look extra chubby. Every time I asked him to file more he would grab my hand angry and push it off when he was done. I paid for the service and he was trying to keep $10 extra when I mentioned it he got upset. I was visibly upset and I went to talk to my sister in law who was getting her nails done there, her nail tech asked me what was wrong and I processed to tell her what happened I showed her my nails and she said that he would fix it but I refused to be serviced my him again. The nail tech at the front desk spoke to me and fixed my nails but they tried to tell me it looked like that because my finger was chubby… I have gotten this shape and length countless times elsewhere my fingers were never the problem. The entire service felt rushed and it was stressful to be there, had to get home and file down the sides myself.
First picture is my thumb before and after it got fixed. The big issue was that he trimmed down the nail shorter than the rest of the set, so shorter almond nails will look more chubby. I let him know and he said he would fix it later.

I have had my nails done for over 2 years now here and I would never go anywhere else! Tom does my long gel extensions perfectly every time. He asks me along the way if things look right, and is always open to creative ideas. The other staff (Kimmi, Q, and more) who have helped greet me and take care of me in his absence have always been excellent as well. Prices are perfectly reasonable for the speed, local costs, and most importantly - results.
To anyone getting your nails done anywhere really — make an appointment if you want to be seen in a timely manner, don’t expect old school regular polish not to chip, and be communicative and KIND right away in the salon if something isn’t turning out how you’d hoped! Thanks Bella for keeping me on point

Amazing results, design, colors, always up to date with trends… but those prices starting to look a little unreasonable ?
Requested style: I’ve asked for simple to complex things, always way too expensive
Stylist: Always amazing styles and results no matter who they put you with, always clean, always consistent, but SO expensive

I came to this place 5 days ago.
The gel nails on my hands are poorly done. (The person who helped me finished very quickly.)
The gel nail on my foot was damaged after 5 days for no reason.
I can't say I wouldn't return to this place because I was just visiting, I live in another state.
But whoever wants to get their nails done in this place, check carefully what they request in this place or return to have their dissatisfied service fixed.

Service here was better than I expected. I never felt a better place to get any manicure or pedicure before. The staff are really friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!
