Daniel P was so rude my son had a couple questions about electronics he was in a mood it looks like he does not care for his job and lacks professionalism I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years but after this I will never shop at Best Buy he lacks professionalism and etiquette Best Buy should be a friendly place his demeanor and body language made it seem that he didn't care about the questions we were asking and were going to take our business elsewhere I expect better of Best Buy you should have employees that care about their job and want to do their job.

I bought a subscription to Geek Squad. DO NOT do business with them. They scammed me out of the $3,300 and when I tried to write them and talk to them, they just blew me off. I sent them proof and not no response When I called, they told to report it to the FBI. This is a dishonest company.

They have pretty bad customer service and no real knowledge of how to work with disabled customers. I took a phone in to their Geeksquad to get repaired because my Apple care insurance said that was one option and I thought it would be convenient. Big mistake. The gentleman I turned the phone in to was okay. He took the phone and when I got called to pick the phone up I looked at it and it seemed like it had been scratched when he put the new screen on. I had asked to speak to management abou this because I didn't want to talk tot the same man and after a long wait she told me that I had damaged my own phone and didn't really want to be bothered with this. I know I didn't damage my phone chasis when I damaged the case and so her insistance on this angered me and I was raising my voice and a security guard came by. I realized I needed to leave the store but he kind of boxed me in and I had to push against his obese body a bit to get past and he said "don't put your hands on me. My hands were not on him he was fat. So as I left the store I cursed at him which I regret but that store is a mess and I will never go in there again even though I am probably banned from them anyway. Take your Apple products to an Apple store if they are under warranty with Apple please and avoid the GeekSquad at BestBuy Oxnard. My experience was a unmitigated disaster.ETA: Upon closer inspection of my phone I also noticed that the back lens protectors I had put on the phone to protect the camera lenses on the back had been removed from my phone and not put back on. This is highly bizarre to me as all that was repaired on my phone was a new "front" screen was installed and nothing about the camera lenses was indicated as far as needing repair. It's almost like they looked for something additional to mess up on my phone. Please avoid this Geek Squad and this BestBuy if you want stress free shopping and repairs on your Apple products.

Its unfortunate that I can not find Computer parts here. I Cashed in my warrenty for my router got a new router.Went to look at motherboards and processors and none to be seen.

Waiting for 45 minutes for help with Verizon at Best Buy and they attend to 3 people who came after me. THIS IS WHY AMAZON SHUTS COMPANYS LIKE YOURS DOWN. YOU ARE A SUBPAR COMPANY WITH SUBPAR WORKERS

Went a few times recently seems to be understaffed these days. No one was in the PC department two days in a row, and I had to be helped by a Pacific sales associate to buy a PC. He was helpful.

I ordered 2 items on line. Went to the pick up counter and there wasn’t anybody there. A young man named Fernando was ringing up a customer across the store at the register . He acknowledged me from there and motioned 1 minute. I was really impressed. He provided great customer service!!!!!

Just had an appointment to get my phone’s battery replaced. After waiting 30 mins I ask the one representative taking forever to change a couple’s password on their tablet “Are you the only person here helping?” He replies “Yeah everyone else went out to lunch” He could’ve said oh Tony or whoever is on his/her lunch. By him saying “Everyone” implies this is more than two or more people probably. How could that possibly happen? Who is managing the Geek Squad department? Why is everyone allowed to take lunch together and the one unlucky person gets swamped if suddenly a rush of people come in needing help. I go up to a manager and let him know and he says “oh everyone is probably on the other side of this wall working” Umm…ok?! So he goes in the back then reappears talks to the other couple waiting in line and then just leaves doesn’t come back to follow up at all. I thought breaks were meant to be staggered so everyone can have a break but the customers don’t lose time because there’s an adequate number of people to help at all times. Completely unimpressed with Best Buy Geek Squad at this location.
