My Daughter's Softball Glove broke while worming up at Her Allstar Tournament, Glove is only 4 months old when I took a chance to see if they would replace it ( and I didn't have my receipt ) no questions asked, they ran my credit card through the machine and it showed the history of purchased being made 4 months ago. They were very nice and gladly exchanged it for a new one.
