While researching the local sound system vendors in my area I came across breakers performance stereos. I contacted them by phone and informed them that I was looking for a sound system for my 2007 Corvette Z06. Mason was my sales representative and he was extremely knowledgeable and due to his patience with me and my questions I decided to go with this firm. The level of service they provided a second to none and I highly recommend this firm for any of your sound system needs I will be bringing my car back for them to install new headlights to replace the original factory so if you in Ventura County, give them a call they’re extremely honest and pricing is reasonable

On line order for woofer as gift for a relative. Two weeks later a refund issued with no explanation and no advanced notice. Updates were not provided. Failed to meet even the minimum customer service manners. Will not do business with them again- too many competitors who do a better job.

For months I’ve been having issues with one of my front Morimoto headlights on my Jeep Wrangler and have taken it to several places in Ventura County and after a few days it’s would go out again. I took it to Breakers Stereo this morning and Josh and one of his knowledge technicians were able to diagnose that it was something within a connector that often was an issue with Jeep Wranglers. His technician quickly fixed it and I was not charged for the service. Talk about an awesome business. They easily could’ve taken advantage of this girl and instead were honest and transparent. I’m totally supporting this business for my Jeep accessory needs. Thank you Josh and

Great family shop. I hadn’t shopped car stereos for decades. I started at Best Buy that was a joke! My wife and I fled. Breakers has great videos on You tube. That helped me quite a bit!

I went to Breakes looking for an alarm for my 2002 yukon denali, Jahsmine helped me out choose the one i was looking for Compustar Q9 with remote start and drone app that allows me to track my truck and remote start with my phone.
Definitely recommend Breakers if you are looking to add an alarm or any other upgrades to your ride

Time!!! I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior to simply install my personal subs and other equipment, my appointment was at 9am, they didn't start working on my car till probably 11 am, and at 2 pm car still is not done. I repeatedly asked the manager and workers updates on my car and they said it should be done soon, although it would not be. Why make an appointment if they aren't going to go by that schedule. There were 4 customers to walk in at least 30 mins more after me and leave before me. Save your money and your time and take it elsewhere because here is not the place! | get there is other customers also but when I am told it's only going to take 2 hours, I expect it to only be 2 HOURS. Unbelievable. At one point they were just all grouped up talking about whatever, and the girl had attitude whenever we asked for updates. I was so upset I started writing this DURING my time there, I ended up leaving around 3. He then gave us In-N-Out giftcards for our time but they were RETAPED and seem already used. Not even going to take more of my time to check the balance. Mom called to complain and asked why we were there for 7 hours, all they said was “Miscommunication I don’t know if anyone mentioned it was a drop off.”

Josh and his team went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I was looking for! My Palisade wasn’t giving me enough bass but these two 10inch subs were more than enough for my car! And they made sure it was a clean fit!
