  I purchased and iteam called the store because they didn’t put it in the bag and came to the store the next day in the morning made me leave my phone number for them to run the cámaras and say that they put the item in my bag and I never got anything they didn’t refund me and just made me waist my time in the store coming back and forth the workers and. Security were laughing at me when I kept pointing out that I was frustrated coming to the store and calling the store

  Cashier John is always annoyed with me whenever I go to his register and he has an attitude but is not like that to anyone else

  I’d like to thank Jose for helping me over the weekend and making this my new store, I usually shop in Ventura but this location had what I needed but his customer service was waaaaay better than Venturas. If he’s not a manager then you need to consider give him a shot cause good help is hard to come by now and days. See you on my next visit!!!

  I’ve been a long time shopper at Burlington and I love the prices! One thing that bothers me though is they had or have a manager named JOSE and he’s beyond outstanding but I don’t see him around as much. The one good manager that store finally had and they moved him.

  Needed to use the restroom, but was told, “I think they are clogged.” So, no code given. Because of Rosie, I am changing my one star rating to a five star rating because I went back to Burlington the next day to see if the bathrooms were fixed and she gave me the very best customer service and let me use the bathroom. Thank you so much, Rosie. You are a star!

  Love the store but dislike the management they keep hiring but do not give hours too current employees we blame Christian the mgr he is not responsable and is doing a horrible job as a manager, sales are down i overstocked ítems i'm reporting him too human resources
