It was my birthday. Haven’t gotten my hair done in 3 years because I’ve been raising my two small ones. Hairstylist wasn’t done with the lady before me who was complaining about price. She cut off all my dead ends which was like 6 inches then didn’t touch my hair for over an hour. Made an appointment too and showed up early, because I was excited to talk to someone other than my kids. No one spoke to me or checked on me and I ended up running to the bathroom crying. Hairstylist said she would make it up to me. We chatted and I started to feel better. I thought my hair came out good. I liked the color , the haircut was ok not what I really asked for and it was uneven. Feel dumb tipping $60 on top of the $250 she charged me. She said she would get my number and reach out to me make sure I liked it but that never happened. But it was the worst hair salon experience of my adult life.

A what a very nice salon, pretty and clean and nice and open. My husband goes there regularly so I thought I would try it out since it’s close to us. I’m so glad I did.Lexi (Alejandra) colored my hair today and did a fabulous job. She spent so much time with me getting the color absolutely perfect and I’ve spent ages trying to get it to this light a shade without being yellow. Their prices are reasonable and everyone in the shop seems really nice. I definitely recommend this salon.Service: Shampoo & conditioning

The best and nicest stylist Yadiro cut my hair today. The whole staff is friendly and polite. I highly recommend CABELOS Salon, All the ladies are very professional and prompt. Had a great time!

First time at Cabelos and it was great. Lita did a fabulous job in my roots and blow out. The salon is clean and has comfy chairs at the wash basin with leg rests. I felt pampered.

I love this salon! My stylist, Barbara, is an artist and knows the perfect color to complement my skin tone. I've had blonde hair for a few years and was over the bleach and damage. She did a fantastic job on this color! I'm also an Audrey Hepburn fan and asked for a specific trim on my bangs...I love them! Grazie mille Barbara, xoxo!

Cabelos Salon has not disappointed me. I started off with finding a great masseuse only thing was missing is that she did not massage the scalp or face. I have had a very hard time finding a stylist that could give me the color I needed and had been in search for a very long time. I was suggested Barbara that specializes in color and well as many things. Barbara did not disappoint me. I am so happy to have the color that I have been asking for and could not believe it is hard to find in Ventura County. I give 5 stars. Well worth it.

wow well worth the visit I went their initially for a cure for my split ends and a color consult . I asked the front desk for their absolute best stylist my stylist name was BARBARA !!!! She was beyond amazing start with she LISTENED!!!! To me needs , concerns etc.... Than she asked if she could provide her opinion and in detail educated me on hair like in full . she than offered me an amazing cappuccino ( only her clients get ) Than she not only gave me a sophisticated trim to compliment me but also fit me in with a color ( that she created herself ) that i absolutely love . She and I talked throughout my appointment and I got to know that she's an artist as well as a rocking stylist . She is beautiful in side and out . I trusted her completely and she did not disappoint !!!! I'm beyond grateful and she is the one you want to ask for if you want to feel reinvented into your fabulous self !!!! She definitely gets a 10 in my books !!! So ask for Barbara at Cabelos in Oxnard , ca

Barbara was beyond what I expected! I went in with a not so clear idea of what I wanted to do with my hair , just knew I was ready for a change. After listening to her share ideas, I went with a major cut, adding in layers to highlight my faces frame, a universal part for a playful touch, and lastly she removed all the blonde from my hair and instead took me to my rich natural hair color with a shine. I trusted Barbara's passion, the way she spoke of hair and styling it was so genuine, not to mention the years of experience and education under her belt. I love my fresh look, and will be returning to Cabelos to see Barbara from here on out! Thank you :)

I was wanting to change to a new place to get a careful and professional experience with nails , waxing and pedicure. Cabelo was all the best I expected I plan to try the hair stylists. It's very calming and clean. I recommend it 100%. Good prices too.
