I paid my deductible June 2023. It is now a year later. I called my insurance company asking for my deductible. Caliber collected a deductible from me AND the insurance company. I called Caliber to get refunded. I was told an investigation would be conducted. The outcome of the investigation is I'm owed my deductible. It been over a week and I have yet to be refunded the money. Why would a company hold on to BOTH the customers and the insurance money if they were over paid? It's been a year. Let's not even talk about the fact my trunk was repaired by them, but my trunk randomly opens while driving or doesn't always close when being shut the first time. I do not recommend this scamming company. I don't understand why my insurance company uses them.

We take mom’s mercedes for repair to Caliber Collision in Oxnard by the dealerships and the service we received was excelent. Very nice personal specially Carlos he made sure we leave satisfied with all the repairs on the car. I would definitely recomend their service.

I am very satisfied with the repairs to my vehicle, but since they delivered it to me I am not satisfied, because they gave it to me with a broken windshield, and I still have no answers from the workshop for its repair, and regarding the customer service, very good service, very friendly they deserve a 10
