We used to order our booth filters from this company, however, we recently switched to a vendor that sells us Global booth filters at a discount and also receive a quarterly rebate from. Our sales rep, Greg, will occasionally follow up to check in and I understand it is an important part of the sales business to keep your name in front of customers. Greg's phone calls are usually transferred to our body shop manager, however, he was unavailable today so I took the call. After today's interaction, I guarantee our company will not purchase from Central Coast again, especially if Greg remains our sales rep. Before I could give the reasoning for our change in vendors, I was interrupted by him saying "Thanks a lot!" and hanging up. I talked with our body shop manager after the phone call and he said that is how all of his conversations have been with Greg. Although I am not in the sales business, I am pretty sure this isn't how you get your customers to come back and buy from you again!!!

Greg and staff at central coast filters are dedicated professionals and they make sure you're taken care of. I moved to a new shop, set up a new booth and Greg stayed in touch! Let me know when I was ready he'd be happy to help! It's amazing to have other professionals helping to make the job of running your business easier. Top quality service, product and prices. If you have a shop I highly recommend trying central coast filter & supply for your needs.

I went to Sherwin Williams first, and then left that place with no answers to my simple question (horrible costumer service). Then my friend recommended central coast filter & supply, and from the moment I arrived I was treated differently, withrespect and attention and they listened to my question carefully. They even helped me find the combination of the colors I liked. Superior costumer service ?

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WE'VE BEEN DOING BUSINESS FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND TERRY IS ALWAYS MAKING SURE OUR PAINT BOOTH FILTERS ARE BEING REPLACED AS NEEDED. This is a great place for buying products for automotive custom painting. They have House of Color products in stock. They have a good selection of candy concentrates. The people there are very helpful.

Been using them to supply filters for our spray booths for quite a few years now. Never have a problem with the filters and they arrive quickly. Our salesperson is always readily available and great to work with. Highly recommended!

We have been doing business with Central Cost filters for at least 10 years now and we have always been treated with the greatest of respect. My sales rep Ann is awesome and she always shares the seasonal specials with us. I am reading some of these other reviews and this is definitely not the experience that we have had, makes me wonder if there is some sort of mix up with a different company.
