We are in Florida & I ordered something for my daughter & shipping took over a month & we're still waiting. Dozens of marketing (spam) emails in the process of waiting for her order. We ordered something else from China & got it quicker, what's up with that ? Never purchasing anything from here again ??

Didnt send all my order then gave me a coupon code (that expires) but I have to pay for shipping again. They took my money and haven't sent the items, thats theft.

Used to love colourpop.
Ordered 2 mystery boxes - did not come as boxes. They came loose and mixed with everything which is false advertising. Complained, they did not care one bit.
Also did not give one item with my order - gave me a discount code to reorder… despite me being charged customs for the said item. Acted entitled and like it was a favour to refund me only for that item.
So disappointed and don’t know if I can support this brand anymore. Their customer service sucks.

The logistics and client service is absolutely horrible. You end up not receiving your products and pay for all logistics costs none the less and without an apology.

I got 3 eyeshadow refills from them online. 2 came unsealed, and although the 3rd was sealed it was not as described - it was supposed to be matte finish but had glitter in it. The unsealed ones both had scrapes & smudges in the eyeshadow itself, so it looked like someone used them before they were shipped. I respect Colourpop's commitment to remaining cruelty free, and to be fair the colors are beautiful. But the containers are unsafe and I can't take a chance on getting an eye infection. I should also mention that they do not have phone support - they can't be reached by phone. The phone number posted for them will always have the circuit busy signal or message that no one's available. And the response I got via email wanted me to take pictures of the unsealed eyeshadows, send them in a certain format, etc. So I won't be buying anything more from them since this is how they deal with people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ORDERED NOVEMBER 4th and STILL HAVE YET TO SEE MY PRODUCT! THEY SAID IF THEY SENT REPLACEMENTS THEY WOULD NOT SEND IT AGAIN! Still haven’t seen the replacements they tried to give me store cruder for the stuff they were out of but I won’t order from a company that doesn’t send out product again! The items that were missing were the reason I placed the order when I suggested they just wait till everything came back in stock they said we have no idea when that will be (and yet everything is back in stock a few days later) which I would have waited for! They shipped with the same company that lost the package in the first place, didn’t expedite it and this second package never arrived!! I asked for a manager to contact me back as it is partly the reps fault for waiting so long to replace the package after it was clearly lost but no one has ever contacted me back!!!! The rep SABEEN then just closed my requests and refuses to address the situation the company created!! BEWARE COMPANIES THAT DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Not really impressed with the customer service. One product arrived broken. Emailed customer service. Was ignored. No reply, nothing. Emailed again. Was given a coupon to buy it again at a discount but still had to pay shipping, etc. So I would have to pay MORE money to possibly get a non-broken product I already paid for once. Emailed a 3rd time. They offered to refund the cost of the item as a "courtesy" but couldn't just send out a replacement. Um, thanks. Great.

Terrible fraud! Didn`t deliver my order to UK said they cant track it and said they can`t refund because their products are low cost (26 dollars with transportation!) don`t buy from these
