Love Costco, problem with Gilbert manager on 3/19/2024 at 7:40pm grabbed wet swiffers because saw sign advertising sale $12.49 apparently it's for dry swiffers but I did not read advertising usually prices are at item slot but these are not on sale. Manager should have honor display mix up price and had staff move items to correct bin. Plus package was leaking he was like you need to keep upright, really it should have been sealed I toss these wet swiffers in trunk they should not leak brand new Costco pls talk to your managers and have them have better customer skills.

In all honesty the Costco itself isn't terrible. However the food court and the people who run it are so grossly incompetent that I'm not even sure where to begin. The food court is terrible!!! It started with switching from food court lines to the new kiosks, which for your reference are now the only way, besides paying cash in the cash line, is the only way to order your food. That being known, it's a big question why they were also taking phone orders for pizzas with no intent of filling or making those orders. We called to order a pizza and they said 15 minutes. I guess this was one of their moronic jokes because they didn't take anyone's phone orders. The anger in the 20+ man line for the pizza pickup was palpable, with most of the people justifiably shouting at the unresponsive and unhelpful workers (excluding Carlos who was doing his best to help everyone). So now that they had royally messed up all the phone orders, they went with a line of who's receipt gets turned in first and then they put their names on a super professional paper plate as a list of who to give pizzas to next. They quickly abandoned this idea without telling anyone who had put their receipt in line, and started handing them out to whoever. It took us over an hour a half to get our pizza, which they told us would be ready when we got there, and there was still an angry hungry crowd of people when we left. At the back of the crowd people weren't even aware that their pizzas wouldn't be started till they showed up to the window with receipt (the new kiosk ordering system is clearly working amazingly ) so I can imagine their nights went even worse. Whoever is managing the food court needs to quit and let someone else, even a monkey with a sharp pair of glasses, take over because they'd assuredly do a better job.

Food court went kiosk. Only one line for cash purchases. No one to replace you this. One guy was in the wrong line. They made him wait in line again!!

Alot of people, just be careful maneuvering in store and parking lot. Great place to get bulk items.

I like the new gas station, and the car wash is just best in town. The parking lot is still kind of small for how busy this Costco is but I feel like they do a great job. Snack bar is always chaotic but they finally added the self-ordering

Always a pleasure to shop at Costco. I hope Costco will extend an awning/a cover where we order food outside. The sun is a killer while waiting long lines to order a delicious very berry drink n pizza. Thanks Costco!

Rainy days in Southern California are great days to visit Costco! No lines at the gas station or the checkouts. The selection was great as usual but this time there were very few people which made shopping fast and easy!

Yelp requested that I write another seafood review so this only relates to the Steelhead fillets I purchase at Costco. My wife and I love salmon sashimi and although Steelhead is technically a trout it's in the Salmon family - I don't understand it either. The Steelhead at Costco is reasonably priced at $10.99/lb. but like just about everything else at Costco it's supersized - especially for 2 people. I cut it into 4 sections, freeze 2, make sashimi from 1 and refrigerate the other for sashimi within the next 3 or 4 days. It is not safe to make salmon sashimi from wild-caught salmon due to the possible presence of parasites, however the Steelhead at Costco is sustainably farmed and no antibiotics are in the feed given the fish. One problem with the Steelhead from Costco is the workers who remove the small bones appear to do their job with great gusto leaving a portion of the fish torn up. The result is some of your slices of sashimi will be partially broken. Also keep in mind that they don't necessarily get all the bones so you may have to pull them out yourself. Bottom line is the sashimi tastes great, without being fishy and you get about $100 worth of sashimi from a $35 fillet.

Literally so packed here no matter what day or time you come. It's the worst Costco I've been to of all the states I've been to.
