Was helped by employee Diana, she was very kind and helped my sister and I find exactly what we were looking for. Had a great personality and made the shopping experience incredible. Definitely would go again the vibe at the store was awesome :)

If only zero stars was an option.. The store itself is fine. Clean & Tidy. Cotton On needs to do something with its staff. The store manager Shey is disrespectful and needs to be dealt with. There is multiple complaints on this person as well. How you can allow a ' manager ' to treat and speak to people the way that they do amazes me. Cotton On -- Do better.

Store manager "Shea" was absolutely awful, so unprofessional and aggressive. I tried fitting my stroller into the small fitting rooms that were open, but the door couldn't shut. "Shea" informed me that the larger fitting room wasn't open and even if it was, it was ONLY for people with disability's, "not a family room" and that having a stroller is not a disability. I've never been treated that way when out shopping with my two small children at any other establishment. I regularly shop at the Thousand Oaks Cotton on, where the large fitting room is always open for moms with strollers to use. I honestly don't know how a person like that is a store manager, but based on some other reviews I read that received similar poor customer service comments, I hope they reevaluate the manager and staffing at this store. I will not be returning to this location. I will also make sure to tell my friends that are moms, about my experience at this store and advise not to shop here. Was also informed by another store manager that the fitting rooms are not supposed to be filled with inventory/ and or fixtures, and that they should always be compliant to accommodate customers, that's what the larger room Is there for. This was simply employees/manager being lazy and not wanting to clear out the fitting room. Waiting on a phone call from district Manager Cindy to make her aware of these concerns so hopefully some proper addressing of these issues can be made.

I have visited this store several times and the customer service is excellent. The managers Sienna and Shey are awesome! They helped me and I will continue to shop here

One of the best customer service experiences while shopping I have had in a long time Michaellou in today's standards has set the bar high. He took the time to walk us to what we were looking for rather than just pointing in the direction where we could find it. His presence and the way he communicated with me was very welcoming even though we interrupted his folding and straightening. Thank you Michaellou

The rudest staff ever. I never leave bad reviews I understand people are just doing their jobs but every single time I go to this store a different person helps me and they are all awful. Mean, unhelpful and rude even when asking a basic question. It's so unnecessary.

This store used to be so cheap for good clothes, now it’s $45 for a crewneck that turns into a crop top after a wash. Me, my siblings and my friends won’t be shopping here anymore.Shouldn’t have raised your prices, people used to love this store

Staff are super cool and chill. Store is clean and neat, though I noticed this location doesn't have as many crazy sales as the Camarillo outlets location.

Picked out a shirt off the 15 dollar rack. When ringing up the price was full. Asked why and was explained that the shirt I picked wasn’t part of the sale even though more than half the rack was the same shirts clearly marked 15. When I asked they explained they didn’t have anywhere else to put them and knowingly knew the problem. Seems a bit cheeky. Store is always clean and not terrible but was turned off by this issue.

Terrible customer service. Employees walk around and don't acknowledge you. They act like they're doing you a favor being there. Two staff members wearing masks just covering their mouths. What's the point?? Thousand Oaks store is much, much better!

The staff was rude and should be more considerate of others. Aren't we in the Orange tier in Ventura county? They did not let me try on clothes and that was confusing. I understand if it was a sanitation issue, I just thought it could have been more nicely expressed that I could not try on anything. Some of their graphic tees were offensive and should not be sold.
