CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from customers in the Oxnard area. While some have praised the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, particularly in assisting with prescription pickups and vaccinations, others have noted issues with long lines, low staffing, and occasional encounters with "characters" at the store. Customers have expressed gratitude for the staff's efforts, with one reviewer highlighting the exceptional service provided by employees Noah and Ashley, who went the extra mile to obtain a needed antibiotic prescription. The reviewer noted that the staff's actions saved them a long drive to another location. However, some customers have experienced challenges, such as the delayed COVID-19 test results, which took several days to be received, despite the promise of rapid results. Additionally, one reviewer mentioned that the local CVS locations in Santa Barbara had "awful workers" who provided poor customer service. Overall, the reviews suggest a mixed experience at the Oxnard CVS, with the staff's professionalism and assistance being appreciated, but also concerns about staffing levels, long lines, and occasional issues with the quality of service. Customers have expressed a preference for the "good old days" when customer service was more consistent and straightforward.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Genuinely do not know how the store is still open.
