Great Cycle Gear location. Every time I come here the staff is friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Alfonzo. He helped us to order some items that were not available in store and got my wife sized for a helmet. He also took the pants off of a mannequin for my wife to try on when they didn’t have the size on the rack. Overall always have a great experience when we visit here.

I am new to all of this gear stuff and this location make me feel absolutely amazing and confident in my purchases. The amount of knowledge and understanding is 5 star all the way. Thank you for not making me feel like I can't and thank you for giving me that push that I needed. I'll be back for my upgrades when I'm ready. You guys rock, thank you.

All employees I worked with at this location were awesome. I was down here for Thanksgiving from Oregon and my back tire blew out on the way here. They were nothing but great and were able to help me out. Good conversations. Great people. Excellent customer service.

I’m not sure what happened but I’ve been going to cycle gear in Oxnard on Vineyardfor a while and was disappointed before but maybe they’ve changed management and I’ve been there the last couple of times and received excellent service. Robert is a great help and help me choose helmet and heating gear. he was polite, knowledgeable and provided me with the best service I’ve ever received There. I will continue going there.

Everytime I shop at Cycle Gear the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. It truly is nice to go to a place that's clean. neat and friendly. Such a welcoming difference from the mass commercial self checkout and money hungry companies not service oriented.
