We purchased a pre-owned Audi Q3 from Xian at Audi Oxnard and the whole process was seamless, professional and always pleasant. Our salesperson was Xian and she was the epitome of professionalism and grace. We were greeted warmly by Xian, and she had the automobile we were interested in all ready and cleaned right at the front of the showroom. And when it came to the actual purchase of the vehicle, Xian handled our somewhat complicated financials with grace and aplomb. She made the whole process swift and pleasant.
When it came time to sign all the paperwork, Mari made this part of the sale quick and low stress. She was warm and extremely personable and had all the paperwork that was needed to be signed, well organized and ready for me. She was able to explain each document in a clear and concise way. Well done, Mari!
And when the car was officially ours, Xian personally walked us out to our new Audi Q3 where she had placed a beautiful red bow on the hood. It was very sweet.
The whole experience at Audi Oxnard couldn’t have been better. Thanks, Xian and Mari for empathetic professional service. And we love our new Audi!

I really appreciated how Caesar took the time to email me after my recent visit; those personal touches mean a lot. Reneh and Ryan Botmalloo were absolute gems, coming over to greet me while my car was being inspected, and Nadine deserves a medal for rescuing my CarPlay screen from eternal confusion.
