It was my son‘s first time purchasing a car The lady that helped us was kind and helpful but once it was time to sign all our documents, they threw something in there that we did not approve spoke to management. He told me there was no way that that could be removed because it was part of the car already which was a lie so I felt a little disappointed that it turned that way because of that I will never do business at that location again car dealerships need to be more transparent, instead of trying to hide things and lie about items just so they can benefit from not happy at all

Salesperson Calvin was knowledgeable and informative. New Manager Jimmy,who said has been there for only 2 weeks) was pretty obnoxious. He kept saying and really mentioned that he is giving the car away at a loss. Did we compel him to sell the car to us, why would you sell the car at loss.
Unbelievable, that hr even said that no gifts ;’(even Keychains, or any emblem to be given to us) which is a norm in car business.
I always lease a car every 3 years but this time decided to buy the car as close to retirement, even then he was pinching on Pennie’s.
I still purchased : Keychains, a Mug, a cup and a cap and spent close to 130$ at the parts area.
He does not reflect the Lexus way of doing business, he doesn’t belong Lexus group.
I had leased 2 Lexus SUVS in the past and had respectful experience.
I wish they could take the car back and I am ready to do that and go for some other brand.
The Finance manager , Ray was wonderful and we even purchased 4 K of warranties for the SUV -NX 450 plug in Hybrid.
Just a caution , don’t fog for a deal if Jimmy comes in picture.🤔🤔🤔😳😳
