We were here just on Sunday and ended up getting one of the sectionals the Lecco that was available at the store. We had an amazing experience and I’d say Nicole was a deciding factor for making the purchase. They provided us with amazing customer service, answering all our questions, giving their expert opinion when asked. We are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to working with Nicole again to pick out more items for our home.

My review is going to be based on a single premise. An upscale retailer's/brand's outlet should not offer items in a condition that would rival a Goodwill or Salvation Army store.I went to the store recently for probably the third and final time. This latest visit, like every previous visit I've made, was preceded by wishful thoughts of finding a slightly scratched or worn DWR piece at a great deal. The outlet store itself was a complete disappointment on that front. As an example, what I found was a sea of worn and dirty sofas/sectionals. Not ones slightly damaged during delivery, not ones that didn't meet the buyers color or maybe wear expectations.... but in the majority of cases, I found very heavily used and worn items with stains and animal hair and REALLY compressed cushions (from lengthy use in someones home). That shouldn't be the case.Outlet or not, a premium brand's store is a reflection on what the brand is and how that brand should make their clients feel when shopping there.20%-40% off retail, after a lengthy drive up to Oxnard to buy dirty, stained and heavily used merchandise doesn't make me feel anything other than disappointment and it doesn't make any stylistic or financial sense to me.Unfollowed on Instagram as well. I'm tired of being enticed by the unattainable.

Not a fan anymore; discounts and policies seem to be inconsistent and particular from one customer to the next. You need to look very carefully at each piece and usually, there is more damage or issues than what you initially find---buyer beware.

I love the beautiful designer furniture at affordable prices. I was hoping that they would have this Heracleum Pendant II (the small one) this week, and fortunately, they had 3 of them. One was Rose Gold / Copper metal color, more similar to actual twig color. They were having a 25% off sticker price this weekend, which made it easy to make the decision to buy things. Onur was our salesperson. He was quite personable, with a good sense of humor. Onur helped us buy a set of shelves and a mustard Knot Ottoman and the Heracleum Pendant. Every time we come here, there's enough different pieces of furniture to make it worth stopping by when we're in Oxnard.

The best furniture store in the US. You are getting not only the best quality items for the lowest prices but also the people that work there are simply the best! It’s the only place you should go if you have a head on your shoulders! ❤️

This is by far the best furniture store in California. Some people should not forget that they come to the outlet to snatch the best possible deal which this store provides better than any other one, fact! Yes, the best deals you could ever get. It is also the best, most professional team ever; they treat every customer with care and love! Yes, it gets busy, but that's what outlets are for. No? Do not complain if you find scratches. That's why it's there! There is not even a single time I didn't buy something. It's a genuinely one-of-a-kind jam. I'm very happy it's in Oxnard; otherwise, it would be too packed. Huge thanks to Heather. What a professional, great-hearted person she is! Love it!!!

My husband and I will not shop in there because of Heather the Outlet Manager. My husband is black & feels she is prejudice. She sits at the front counter and never gets up to help us & has ignored us when we have asked for help. She picks and chooses who she wants to help. We have been in a few times in the last 3 months and witnessed the same rude & unprofessional behavior from her. I went back in on her day off to pick something up and I over heard two sales girls that work there talking about her and it was really bad and unacceptable how they were treated. I then went in another store in the Outlets and the woman who helped me said she used to work there and she is a horrible boss and the turnover of employees is very high. How does she keeps her job? I have shopped in DWR for years and have always received excellent service. We would rather shop in another location & pay more to get great service.

Abysmal customer service. We are long time DWR clients and bought numerous pieces from the Pasadena store as well as this outlet. Several years ago this outlet was run like a high end furniture store with excellent customer service. Since then, it has become a ghetto garage sale with shady practices and zero customer service. Something has been fundamentally wrong at this outlet and their internal politics recently. The information you will receive each time you call to inquire about availability of a specific piece will heavily depend on which associate you talk to. One person will tell you "we have not had that piece in months." The other person will tell you "it was just sold 10 days ago." And that's just the beginning. They have separate wait lists of customers with each sales associate. If a piece you are interested in comes in and the sales associate you are waitlisted with is away or misses it, you will not be notified. Their process is clearly flawed since there is no combined wait list (according to the sensitive sales rep I talked to). When I tried to explain my concern about this process to her, she proceeded to say I am being rude. If customer's pointing out a process flaw means she/he is being rude, then I am not surprised to see why this shop has slid from a respected furniture store to a garage sale.I'd much rather go to Herman Miller directly, although they own DWR, at least I will get the experience I pay for.

Beautiful modern and classic timeless furniture at a fraction of the regular costs. Some items even have an additional 25-40% off the lowest price on the tags.

In mid-November, my husband and I visited DWR Outlet in Oxnard and purchased a 2 Leaf Gala Extension Dining Table. The table was discounted at about $2,000 from retail price due to a minor scratch on the edge of the table. Upon shipment, DWR evidently poorly packaged the dining table with a single layer of plastic covering prior to sending through their 3rd party courier, UKAY Delivery. The package arrived at our home with a 28" significant scratch across the middle of the table, consistent with the gash on the plastic covering. We received no response when attempting to contact the rep we purchased from. Their manager informed us that once the furniture is packaged and leaves the facility, "all responsibility is out of their hands"; stated it was non-refundable, no additional discounts would be given, and redirected us back to UKAY without suggesting any solutions or provide the white glove service that DWR claims to have. Local furniture repair companies quoted us on average $2,000-$2,600 to repair the table back to its original condition prior to shipment.Long story short, it took 5 weeks of continuous back and forth with UKAY to adequately resolve the issue, with no input or suggestions for solution from DWR. I would urge everyone to be careful when buying through this outlet, especially for items that you cannot carry out on your own.
