They have an ego size of Mt.Everest, it's their way or the highway. Buyers want the refer set at the temperature they want to be turned down to their own way. My buyers pay my bill, not Western Cooling or aka Driscoll. If you don't follow they won't load you. What is the point if I am going to change the temperature once I leave here? I have two logistics bars to protect my refer guard they made me remove it forcefully or they won't load me. Once they load me it's my responsibility and I don't know what is the fuss about.

We all have different experiences. Mine was great. They loaded me 2 hours early. They were friendly. This place is BARELY controlled chaos during the picking season. The security guard at night was the best. Talked to me kindly, gave me instructions and advice, and he was ALL OVER THE PLACE. I saw him helping drivers set their reefer temps, helping them slide their tandems and opening/ closing their back doors when needed. He did whatever he could to expedite the loading process. I wish more guards were like this one. The only drawback is, as others have said, the parking situation is bad. I found a legal spot on a nearby street and waited for my call.

? ⚠️ ⛔️ This place deserves 0 stars. First things first they do not respect a drivers time, if they did there would not be so many trucks waiting to get loaded. Second, the restrooms are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING not even a dog should step foot in there. I want to see the workers use the restrooms outside…bunch of little kids working here who think they own this place or something. AVOID!!!!!!

Will never answer phone calls you can be waiting 15min on hold and they will end up dropping the call eventually without speaking.

Park across the street and walk over to check in. Look for sign that says Driscoll. Quick loading. Loaded within 1 hr. Plenty of parking in staging area.

Stealing trucker identities one license number at a time. They ask for way too much information here. Name, DL number and state,truck number, trailer number. And that's usually fine. But they also ask for your tag numbers, truck and trailer. They ask for both companies attached to the truck 'truck owner and employer' and then they have the gall to ask you to hand over your driver's license. Which is entirely private information. I'm not handing over a set of keys to my identity. Especially not california. Big companies like this cache your information to sell to other companies and fraudulent people usually get their hands on it along the line. With or without legal consent. Beware of this.

Nice place, extra parking on same street. Take left from exit gate and then right to the paved parking. Checkin weekdays on parking lot, weekends its in main facility aftr 12pm.

Really nice staff. Checked in 5hrs before appointment and got door 1hr after checking in. Loading took less than 1hr
