Friendly staff who saw I was having trouble finding something and helped me locate it. Typically not crowded, and supportive staff makes the place feel welcoming. Self checkout only, but there's a dedicated door greeter / checkout attendant who helps you, so it almost feels like it isn't self checkout lol

They have self checkout but I can't ever check out on my own. They always have to assign me like I'm going to steal something. Not okay!

Not the best location, lots of shop lifters , employees will rush over to self checkout to scan your items, which I get.. but then they just walk away without bagging anything and just leave your items out there so that wasn't cool.
