Went into Gamestop Rose. This is the 2nd time Jadon helped us and it was a good experience. Jadon was attentive to our 4 year old daughter when she asked him questions. It is often that she gets ignored since she is so small and that wasn’t the case with Jadon. It’s pretty clear that Jadon is also familiar with games and sales as well. He has a natural ability to not force his presence on customers and also provide accurate information which leads to a sale.
I hope as Gamestop changes (Ryan Cohen / PSA grading) it pursues providing enough incentives to keep good and experienced workers. Historically (15 plus years) Ive seen all types or workers at this store and I have even applied for a job here as well. Ive heard many things, for example that leaving a review via the Gamestop receipts was the only way people get recognized (they might have gotten rid of this, not code on my receipt).

The employees are so kind (and I’ll be honest, not judgmental- as a 30 year old man adjacent person comes in asking meekly if they could check the system for a rare Sonic (Silver) the Hedgehog squishmallow)
Without any huff or dismay he checked the back for me- another employee also came in around the time of my transaction and helped him look; and there it was! I have worked in retail and no one ever wants to check the back… it meant a lot to me, and I finally got this collectable! Thanks dudes

Worker “Matt” was an hour late ( store was supposed to open at 10 and he shows up at 11) and wouldn’t take a military i.d for trade in because it wasn’t a “government issued i.d” what a joke.

Used to work here back when it was FuncoLand. Still the same size but much less interesting because of the massive corporate influence. Oh well. Could have been amazing.

Bought a whole new ps5 and found out it was not matching the Serial number on the box According to the worker took up to Sony they said not our problem because thats on them now I went back to them All of a sudden the serial number matches. At this point Walmart is like a better gamestop by the way

The team at gamestop was amazing they helped me over the phone I went in to the store the told me about the buy two get one free and they helped me save alot of money some of there stuff was a mess but because the kids move everything around they were organizing everything and they were super helpful to everyone thank's Gamestop of rose ave shopping center you guy's are awesome

This GameStop is located in the Wal-Mart parking lot. I usually end up here because my husband wants to find certain types of cards, but I like browsing through their funkos and clearance section. Every time I've been here, the staff have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They will take the time to patiently explain the deals they currently have, what they don't have and have in stock, and suggestions on how you can get your game/cards/items as soon as possible. I've never encountered mediocre service at this store. It's always been above average to exceptional. The prices can be ok to great depending on what promotions they have going on, but luckily a dedicated staff member will help you get what you want or want adjacent at a reasonable price!
