If you are a bargain hunter. Goodwill is great. You never know when you will find something like a $200 bag for $6. I've paid $6 for a top that retails still for over $100. Fun thing I like to do once a week.

The staff at this location is excellent. Everyone is friendly. I watched as the manager Michael carefully folded like 30 items for a real sweet Abuela and was so nice to her. That alone gets you a great review.

No dressing rooms. How to expect people to buy clothes if we can’t try them on first? Does a regular clothes store do that? No. Oh but you’ll refund me…. in store credit -_- Stupid. Useless goodwill location.

I am disabled and get winded easily. I was looking for some clothes for myself and was soon overwhelmed, a sweet young lady named Mary came and helped me find some things in my size and price range. She was so helpful above and beyond her duty. Thanks again Mary.

I was just in the store and I was waiting in line but the cashiers were talking and ignored me, when other customers got by the cash register they got them and checked them out before me. It is not the first time it has happened to me in this store and it has been the same cashier. Sadly I didn’t get her name but I would like say that they should really work on their customer service. Thank you.

Zero star in fact. You basically cannot return because they don’t give you money back and they don’t do a store credit. The place does not have a dressing room to try on so we would buy it blind! The policy is they can only do exchange , you have seven days to buy something else. Within seven days the guy actually told me that some people would buy something they don’t want to extend the seven days, :-( This is a terrible policy for not having dressing room to try on, for not giving a store credit, let alone giving people the money back!

Prices went from fixed to them charging high amounts for anything they think is of value. The children's t shirts used to be 1.99, now they're marked 5.99. I can get a new children's t shirt for less across the street at Walmart. I asked why they were so high, the lady told me that they were "Disney" brand. That was not so , the t shirts I was looking at were personally screen printed and had been worn washed and were cracking and just a regular Hanes brand. Others were priced 3.99 to 5.99. The items are in used condition, jeans with stretched out crotches and sweaters with holes still priced very high. They're trying to swindle customers and it's not right. Super disappointing that they're now charging so much for used clothing they get for free and then asking customers for monetary donations on top of over priced purchases when they check out. Thrifting was once enjoyable for me as a way to purchase clothing for my children since they grow so quickly but now they even have new tags on some clothing and they're asking for that same price that the actual store had.

Cleanest friendliest best organized Goodwill Store I think I've ever been in. It must be the training center for professionalism and excellence.

This rating is for drop off process. I came to this after the drop off in Ventura was an awful experience. The employee here actually helped me and was so much more friendly. I’ll be driving to Oxnard to drop off instead the one less than a mile from my house.
