Prices went from fixed to them charging high amounts for anything they think is of value. The children's t shirts used to be 1.99, now they're marked 5.99. I can get a new children's t shirt for less across the street at Walmart. I asked why they were so high, the lady told me that they were "Disney" brand. That was not so , the t shirts I was looking at were personally screen printed and had been worn washed and were cracking and just a regular Hanes brand. Others were priced 3.99 to 5.99. The items are in used condition, jeans with stretched out crotches and sweaters with holes still priced very high. They're trying to swindle customers and it's not right. Super disappointing that they're now charging so much for used clothing they get for free and then asking customers for monetary donations on top of over priced purchases when they check out. Thrifting was once enjoyable for me as a way to purchase clothing for my children since they grow so quickly but now they even have new tags on some clothing and they're asking for that same price that the actual store had.

Cleanest friendliest best organized Goodwill Store I think I've ever been in. It must be the training center for professionalism and excellence.

This rating is for drop off process. I came to this after the drop off in Ventura was an awful experience. The employee here actually helped me and was so much more friendly. I’ll be driving to Oxnard to drop off instead the one less than a mile from my house.

I came here today and I’ve notice all the men’s XL T-Shirts were all gone this has never happened before , the manager needs to see what’s going on with the employees receiving all donations because they are keeping all the good clothes

Bins are placed out with donated items for sale in them. They charge by the pound for anything you buy there. Be willing to dig through items in trays. Lotsa stuff there to dig through. You can not plug in electronics to test them, so you take a chance on any electronics you might buy. It's a fun place to shop. They allow children into the building, but children under 18 are not allowed to dig through the bins.Mostly clothing at this location. Some electronics. We found a nice keyboard that was missing the battery cover and the AC adapter, but bought some batteries, taped them into the battery compartment, and now my granddaughter has a nice keyboard to learn on.We'll buy the adapter online, which will cost more than what we spent on the keyboard. They have a few coffee makers, and not anything very big, as far as electronics, and not a lit.If you are looking for clothing, stuffed animals, etc. this is a great place to buy them inexpensively. Most clothes are casual. There were a lot of shoes there as well, mostly nice dress shoes that were in good shape. If you like or don't mind digging through clothes to find what you are looking for, you can get an entire wardrobe for a small price. You have to drive in from a frontage road to get to the entrance, so be aware of that. How to get there can be a bit confusing, as the building is on Rose Ave., but to get to the entrance, you have to go to the traffic light about a block south of the building, turn on the first street, then turn again going north, to get to the driveway. They have limited parking in assigned spaces, which are posted, as there is a shelter and other businesses and offices that share a parking lot.It looks like you should turn left right after you enter the parking lot, but that seems to be for trucks delivering goods to the store.Pay attention to the signs re: where you can park! You may have to wait for a parking space, as they are very busy there!

If I could rate a zero I would! I asked to speak to a manager since something did not have a price and the manager told the cashier over the phone to just let me know that it can NOT be sold and did not come up to speak to me personally! I then told the cashier I asked to speak to a manager... and so she calls again and that is when she finally decides to come up. I thought it was unprofessional for her to not come up when I clearly asked for a manager in the first place. The managers’ name is Rainbow.

Very poor customer service. Im a regular at this store and it’s always very hot inside. I have asked several times about the temperature being too high. Manager did not show any effort to assist he brushed it off with an excuse. If something could be done, I’m sure most of us customers would appreciate it. Shopping should be a good experience for everyone not an uncomfortable environment.

I have donated multiple times and shopped multiple times, and have always been impressed with the customer service on both ends. The intake staff helped me sort through my goods and gave special attention to fragile and large items. The store is very clean and we'll organized. An alert cashier kept the line flowing smoothly and helped me with card payment issues. I look forward to continuing to do business with Goodwill.
