I love this outlet. You will usually find something good here. I know I do everytime! They rotate the bins through out the hour so theres always something to find.

They get All this stuff for free but u can't test the electric items because they might not work, leaving u w/ an item that may be repaired (more money spent) or trashed. Just noticed I had put the clothing items on the scale at 6 lbs x 2.09 (thought sign said $2.90) then to put the solid items on scale at .99. What's a shit, I didn't notice her clear the scale but added to it. Total was $32.34.

Absolutely love this place. My family and I get EVERYTHING we need want and find. It's amazing the level of shopping enthusiasm I get when I go there that I never come close to getting in any other shopping endeavors Goodwill, good prices, good choice goodwill even when it isn't. It is BadWont (backwards for goodwill)

I found this location to be disappointing. Several of the bins were soaking wet — like they left them out in the rain or something. Makes no sense when they sell things by weight. Most of the bins were just broken appliances/miscellaneous things.
One interesting thing I noticed was they have bins with glassware. It’s a cool idea in theory but the glass frequently breaks and then you just have bins with shards of glass in it.
There aren’t much outlet options in this region so it’s worth checking out at least once but I much prefer the outlets up north.

The goodwill that doesn’t care about their customers. Majority of their employees obviously hate working there, majority of the managers don’t care about motivating their workers (aside from Junior who makes a noticeable difference when he’s on the floor). A lot of favoritism and generally unethical behavior from some of the upper management. Got harassed today for taking things out of my car to make room and pack what I’d purchased. Also once got temporarily banned for two months because someone tried to literally rip something out of my hands. I was told that I should’ve let it go, and that it was a “family” establishment. Because we all know family environments contain broken glass, mold, dust, dirt and aggressive people who can barely speak English. If you’re looking for a fun easy going thrifting experience this place is not it.

Been coming here for a couple years now. Staff is great and location is relatively clean!
Unfortunately, the crowd has been getting more aggressive + the bins have been mostly clothing now. Not worth the trip if you're looking for anything besides clothes and shoes.

You just have to be lucky and quick to find anything worth coming here for. Feels like sifting at a garbage disposal plant so if you think its going to be anything like a thrift store, it's not.

I have been going to goodwill outlets for several years and over the last year this location has become by far the worst location in Los Angeles/Ventura County region. Management is terrible. Not only do they pick through and take any decent merchandise in the back processing area leaving mainly merchandise that needs to be cleaned/repaired, but they promote a negative environment for their shoppers. Customers are constantly bringing carts in the aisles, blocking pathways, etc., making it difficult for everyone else to search for items, but management does nothing. Then When you move their carts so you can search for items you get treated like the bad guy. Too many under 18 yrs/too many kids/too many college students clogging the aisles/reaching over you/grabbing things from right in front of you. I have never been around so many rude people in any other location. Management knows about these problems and does nothing. I can’t stand to be at this location for any length of time, and I will be happy to take my hundreds of dollars a month to other locations that promote a better experience until this one addresses and deals with these problems.

Everyone is I have had interacted with was extremely kind. The prices are so worth it.Just remember that the employees have to deal with public all day, by hundreds daily.Knowing that, maybe ? give them a smile and appreciate the fact you aren't working there. Not all of them are rude.Besides the concept of the business.So buy, from them. It's a charity. Been around for decades. And please donate.Thank you
