Hamburger was really good, fresh meat, nice bread, I loved the fresh vegetables, and it was prepared fast. The lady is very friendly, they have other products and liquor store. Good place for a quick bite in the area, I recommend :)

Kindness still does exist in the world. There was a slight misunderstanding on my order and the clerk (owner?) quickly realizing what I had wanted was apologetic and willingly corrected my order (which he didn't have to do) Thank you for making myself, the customer, feel appreciated and valued.
But with that said the hot pastrami sandwich ( could be enough for 2 meals) and a cheeseburger I ordered were delicious! Will definitely return to try the other items!
Gave me east coast vibes deli feel but the items they stocked are quite unique probably to cater to the base nearby.

I would like to firstly say that I am well traveled, and I have eaten many foods over many countries around the world and in The States.
Order: potato salad x1, Nima's Special Sandwhich
I have eaten over one hundred potato salads, each different variations. Big and small. This potato salad takes the number two spot. Flavorful, proper hydration of the sauce used in it, texturally wonderful and appropriately priced. Well worth the $4.50!!
The Nima's Special is also absolutely stellar. As far as sandwhiches go, no one else is giving you the portion size, the thoughtfulness, flavors, and overall quality in this thing. Paired with pepperccinis on the side (served with the sandwhich, with no additional costs) this place, the Harbor Mart Cafe and Deli takes my NUMBER ONE in a cold cut deli sandwhich!
Huge thank you to the two women working the deli and the gentleman who assisted me at the front. You all truly heart warmers thay filled my belly.

Wow. My gf and I got the mamas special and hot pastrami, and they were both absolutely delicious. Super juicy and fresh and excellent portions. We also got the macaroni salad and it was THE BEST mac salad I've ever had. Super fresh and excellent taste. It was so good, I had to go back and buy another one. The customer service was amazing, the lady working was super friendly and sweet to us. Definitely recommend. I have good standards for restaurants, and this deli was 10/10!

The best sub sandwiches ever! Highly recommend this market. Interesting foods and beverages. Wine. Beer. And the subs were phenomenal!

Been living in Oxnard almost 20 years and had no clue this place had a deli and serves made to order for food. Cheese Burger and Hot Pastrami were incredible!!!!

First thing, the sandwiches were massive, lots of meat, very tasty. The people was friendly and gave recommendations. Alot of international snack, food and drink options. I will be going back.

This is a great lunch spot near the Navy Base. Their service is very friendly and quick. My sandwich was made quickly after I ordered. The restaurant is located in a convenient store. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. My coworker and I opted inside seating because it was warmer inside. The pastrami sandwich was delicious! I liked how the cheese and toppings complimented the pastrami, but I didn't like how chewy the white bread was. I will return to try their deli or cold cut sandwiches.

Super friendly staff, approach the counter to order after shopping the market Nima Special sandwich was v reasonably priced for how much you get, can feed two :)

Stopped here on my way back from voting. Heard about this place, so I picked up a sandwich. Hot pastrami. Opted to omit lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles. So it was just meat, cheese mustard. It was tasty. Large sandwich and would've been bigger had I kept the other items in it. Do I feel good about dropping $20 for a sandwich and a bag of chips? No, but the sandwich was a good size (splittable) unless you're really hungry. Space was a little tight between the sandwich counter and the liquor mart part. It took about 10 minutes until my sandwich was ready to go, not too bad. There is plenty of parking at the harbor during the week. I'll try a cold sandwich next time.

Absolutely love their sandwiches. Also went in today to turn in some lottery tickets my son gifted me. They were very patient in explaining which were winners and which were not. Sadly for me, no big wins
