If I could give these guys a negative rating I would. I called to obtained information and asked for the gentlemen name that pick up. I could not understand and asked if he could repeat his name and he hung up. I called back and asked his name and refused to give me his name. I like to know the person name I am dealing with. This guy was a j**** talk about giving H&R block a bad name. Because of this person, I will never ever go to H&R block and I will tell all my friends and family about this first impression. Nice work dude!

Went there today do my taxes the worker there didnt give me my Discount after i told the worker twice i have coupons from H & R Block from the mail i got.Last time ever going with this company.They charge me more this year then last year total was $144. Othere person that was in line paid $44 there.Not Cool at all this place.
