Four months ago, David called me and he said I'm a Infiniti of Oxnard manager if you want a new car I'll give you a (Good Deal )so call me if you want to come to make an appointment . the next day I called him, but he did not answer. After a week, another person named Alex called me and he said exactly what David said (he is a manager and ......). I told him that I was about an hour away from them by car and I did not want to go there, and he told me the opposite of what he told me. He told me, “Don’t worry, I am the manager here.” Don't change my words. When I went there they told me the opposite of what they had told me before and they gave me a very bad deal . The people who work there are irresponsible, liars, recless and have no respect for customers

I am not usually one to leave a bad review unless its really bad but felt compelled to tell others about my experience with INFINITI of Oxnard.We were in town driving round the Auto Center looking for used pickups when one on the INFINITI lot caught our eye. They actually had multiple trucks we were interested in and test drove 2 of them. We decided to purchase one in particular. We agreed on a price, shook hands with the salesman and started the financing process. They got close to the payment we wanted, close enough for us to be comfortable and agreed. I asked to see the full breakdown of the financing and was told I would get that when we went to talk to the financing department and sign paperwork. Over an hour later, we were still waiting to see the finance department. No one updated us on why we were waiting so long and at this point it was after closing time and we were the only ones left in the building. We finally get to the finance department and start signing papers for the trade-in, etc. I again ask to see the financing break down. The finance person was surprised I hadn't seen it yet. When I finally get a copy, the purchase price has increased over $3400 above what we agreed upon and the rate was not what we were told either. I asked about the additional charge and was told that was dealer added equipment. I understand that this is common for dealers to add to their vehicles, but it was never brought to our attention and was NOT mentioned when we discussed the pricing with the salesman. When I asked why that wasn't brought up earlier (again, we have waited well over an hour before seeing the finance dept) i was told its just the way they do it and that its in the fine print online (we never looked at their website, we found the truck on the lot). I asked what are our options were and was met with a blank stare and no options for rectifying the situation. We could continue the deal or walk away. When I finally got to speak with the salesperson again there was no apology or "Sorry for the miscommunication" or anything. After tearing up the papers we had already signed and walking out of there without purchasing a vehicle I went back in to apologize to the finance rep (he had done nothing wrong and was just taking the brunt of our frustration due to what I assume was the salesman's dishonesty). I asked that his manager (I was told his name was Milo?) call me first thing in the morning. I was told he would. I have yet to receive a call 2 days later. I called once toward the end of the business hours and no one answered.There are tons of other red flags that shot up as well... for one they told me they "were only charging me for two of the three dealer addons" (as if that was supposed to make it better) but the math didn't match the price of two of the fees.

Mat and Rafa were extremely helpful and patient in my vehicle search situation. Came in to look at a pre-owned vehicle. Ended up getting a new Infiniti Q50. Overall their customer service was very good. I’m very happy with my new car. Thank you guys and will be returning in the future for sure

False pricing. Ran my credit a million times when I asked them not to anymore. I had received an approval with a local credit union, I let them know that and they still continued to run my credit to provide me with “payments”. I kept asking for a buyers order then realized they added 4k+ in “dealer fees” (for a used car that’s sat for 6 months is funny lol) Run. Run from this dealer. I purchased a used m4 elsewhere.

Came to this Infiniti dealer that is 1hr and 40 minutes away from my home to see a vehicle that the salesman Matt promised me over the phone was in amazing condition. He sent me a video where he said it looked perfect. Before driving out I double checked with him and he still kept guaranteeing the truck to me. Upon arrival I inspected the vehicle to find a dent and a window that was not working, Matt said he didn't know and that it had been inspected thoroughly. We took it out for a test run and Matt had me stop to put gas on it, why me? He knew way in advanced that I was on my way to see it. In the middle of our meeting he stops helping me to help out another customer, the sales manager came in and was not much help in explaining why the truck window wasn't working. Overall I was disappointed, just be honest next time since the get go. On a $90,000 truck the window doesn't work and there is a dent. He also said they don't do dent repairs and as I drive off I see a paint less dent repair man working on a car of theirs. Overall a waste of my time.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. We were looking for a used car and have been thinking it would be fun to own a Subaru Legacy. Infinity of Oxnard had one and we drove 130 miles one way to look at it. We liked the car, the pricing seemed fair and we were ready to pay cash for the car. The dealer took our information and went away to put the price together. When she came back there were added fees to the price of the car to the tune of about $6000.00. She explained that there was a security system on the car, a coating to help protect the paint, specifically around the outside door handles and a warranty. We explained that we didn't want or need any of those things. It was stated that those things come with the car and it is not negotiable and If we wanted the car we would be paying for these items. We left the dealership empty handed. This experience was by far the worst experience we have ever had buying a car. The next day we went to the place we should have gone all along. Santa Maria Honda. We purchased a Honda Accord. The service was amazing just like their cars.

Jorge was very helpful with getting our new car. Everything went smoothly and quickly! I dread going through the process and Jorge made it as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend him and Infiniti of Oxnard to others.

WOW ... Milo is the BEST EVER!!!! This was my second purchase from them ... it was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Had a problem with my tire; Milo called to make sure I was being well taken care of!!! Thanks again Milo!!

I came in today to finance my car here at Infiniti of Oxnard and Miriam Diaz was probably the best sales representative I could have ever came across . She was very attentive and took great care of us from beginning till the very end . We ended up closing out a deal and financed our car today . (:

Words Won't Describe my experience I walked in yesterday to check out a 2016 ram 1500 sport Burgundy I fell in love since the moment I walked in I honestly didn't think it wass possible but they did the impossible, possible for me to drive off with my new vehicle including they drove all the way down to Bell Gardens Just to get my dad's signature it was during traffic hours too it wass 1 hour and 30 minutes away the guys went out of there way to make it happen for me it was fast and easy , i'm enjoying my new vehicle thanks every single one of u guys for making it happen for me Julio , Jorge , little Joe and Alex Perez .... You Guys Are The Best keep up the great work

My Fiancé and I had such a great experience with this car dealership. Milo and his team were so sweet, attentive and met my expectations and beyond – the entire team was knowledgeable and helpful, and the process was smooth and easy. I also got my brand new car delivered right to my door!! Customer Service was exceptional. Thank you David for the delivery!! I would highly recommend buying your car with Infinite of Oxnard!!

They will make it their mission to get your money or else!!!! They ran my credit report without asking me. They collected information from me by saying they needed to make sure I wasn't committing fraud. I told them I will be paying in cash and I didn't understand why they needed such information. They told me they couldn't sell to me without running a back ground check. I really wanted the car I was looking at so I gave them my info. They then wanted me to pay over $4000.00 more than what was advertised on the website. Telling me the $4000 was for accessories they had added to the car. I told them I didn't think that was fair, and that they could remove the "accessories" if they wanted too. So, they told me they could bring it down to $995 without removing any "accessories" from the vehicle. I still didn't think that was fair, so I didn't buy the car and left. They didn't want me to leave, they would not walk me to the front. I felt stuck cause I didn't know where the front door was. I eventually found my way out of the building and my way to the rental I had came in. That is were another "manager" I hadn't met stopped me in the parking lot preventing me from leaving. They then called me and texted me after leaving, which really bothered me and made me felt like they were invading my privacy. More then an hour after I had left the dealership, credit karma notified me that my credit had been run by Infiniti of Oxnard. I strongly believe they were being malice towards me and only did it to hurt me because they didn't get a sale from me. On top of the fact that I had never agreed to a credit check in the first place.

Milo and Alex Perez helped my family purchase a car yesterday and they gave me a huge discount on the gap insurance. I went to 10 different dealers and they gave me the best deal without having to spend hours like these other dealers . Thank you! My mom is happy with her Infiniti. I’m a mechanic and I cannot believe what these other dealerships try selling. Thank you thank you!

Great costumer service! I loved the luxurious shuttle to the outlets, the driver was nice and accommodating. Spent the day in a fun and productive manner, while my car was being fixed.
