“Love this store. My late mommy introduced me to this place. I get my daughters earrings and bracelets here. They are very rough on their jewelry. This place also repairs jewelry which is very helpful. I take my necklaces, watches and bracelets in for repair and downsizing. I also have my girls bracelets engraved here.”
“I’m always treated with great customer service. Quality of jewelry pieces I’ve bought here throughout the years are simply great. Especially considering how rough I’m on jewelry. I wear it daily and to do everything. So I need items that are great quality and durable. I don’t do costume jewelry 😆. It is the first place I go to for special occasion buys.I’ve also addicted my girls to shopping here and when birthdays come up they ask me to make this my first stop.

“I had a great experience at Pandora in Oxnard on Tuesday May 19. I had my heart set on a certain charm to build a bracelet around and it came in stock within a day or 2 of me constantly checking if stores had it in stock. The sales associate was super kind and patient, showing me all sorts of bracelets and lengths. I wanted the easiest to put on bracelet possible as I am not a bracelet wearer. I was able to get my charm and 2 additional charms! Now when I got in the car I tried to put the bracelet on myself and had the hardest time. I almost went back in and returned everything because there was no way I could do this everyday. I was so bummed. Luckily I got the hang of it and each attempt has been seamless since and I’m so happy with my bracelet! I will be back to keep building my bracelet!”
