I love going here. They’re extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very very honest customers are always really nice when you’re waiting with them and I would recommend this team and you going and getting great service to this location really great great staff and they do a really great job.

Brandon and staff were attentive and polite, they all hustle at this Jiffy lube. Went in for a top off and got served very quickly. Impressed with the kind and thorough staff I will go here for all my service needs on my Audi

Great people working here. Never had a problem. Whoever owns the location does need to get these guys some more help though to help with wait times. Usually only two guys working at a time but they put in work and get me out here faster than they should. I’ll keep coming here and definitely recommend this location.

I brought my car in on Saturday. I let them know the check engine light had just come on, I needed an oil change, breaks and wiper blades. First they gave me the wrong price and quickly called me back to tell me it would be $100 more. That was fine. After 2 hours they said my car was finished so I picked it up. I was almost home when they called me back to say they had forgotten a wiper blade and not to use my wipers or it would scratch my windshield. I also noticed the check engine light was still on. I know nothing about cars, so when I brought it back I asked if the check engine light would turn off on its own. The guy proceeded to tell me that I needed to hook it up to get a code. As if I was the professional? I asked if they do that, he said yes. I asked if he COULD and he finally did and had me take a picture of the code. He obviously wasn't going to help me. He suggested I take it somewhere else but by the time I was done with all this BS, it was too late to take it anywhere else and everything was closed on Sunday. So $600 later and my car still isn't fixed. I'm not happy. I didn't mention the check engine light for shits and giggles. So annoyed.

Had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. Brandon the manger was friendly, courteous, and professional. He and his team quickly performed all the work required and finished the work sooner than expected. I will definitely be back.

pleasantly surprised. they we very good at explaining costs and what they suggested they maybe done as far as topping off fluids. wait time very reasonable i was going to another place but couldn’t find so happy end up there. and will go again
