I recommend this location to anyone who needs their services. I recently got a flat tire and had to exit the freeway and thankfully I spotted this Jiffy Lube. Chris, the manager and another employee were so kind and helpful. They immediately changed my tire and put a spare tire so I would not be late for my work and asked me to come back at my lunch hour and they would have my tire fixed. I am so grateful. Thank you

Usually the service is excellent, but yesterday it was different. It looks like they forgot about me. They serviced 3 or 4 customers that came after me. Until I went to the counter and asked the manager the status of my car. That was 2 hours later after I came in. He had not checked me in until I asked the status. After that it only took like 15 more minutes or so. It was very frustrating!

I am a repeat customer at this location. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and estimates are given to me before the work is initiated. I do recommend getting there first thing in the morning or dropping off your vehicle if you’re not in a hurry as they get pretty busy. I love getting/using their coupons too.
