I have come to this store for the second time and i always get the awesome service. Two separate associates and never got their names. Thumbs up and good job. I ordered online and went to pick up. I wanted a size up but no availability, so she patiently check their system if there is from another store. Unfortunately, no, but i still left with a different style.

5 STARS FOR ALYSSA!! She was very attentive and patient with me, quickly brought out my requested shoe in my size and even made note of another brand and style I was on the fence about. She overheard me mention to my sister what shoes I had my eye on and brought them out in my size even though I didn’t ask which was a big help. She provided 10/10 service

makes no sense to ask for your shoe size and then proceed to give you the size they “think” will fit you better without telling you, wasted my time trying to find shoes

rude employees. Three girls stood there at the front counter just dancing and recording tiktoks. Needed help to find a size for some shoes but , i was given looks and stares. I ended up walking out unhappy with this behavior, they were unwelcoming. i didn’t even want to make the effort to ask for help because of the looks i was given without even asking for anything.

Insanely rude staff. We asked them to hold some shoes for us but we weren’t able to pick them up in the 2 HOUR window so they were sold. When we went in to see if they were still available the staff couldn’t have been happier to tell us the shoes were sold. Disgusting behavior.
