You cannot order more than 3 samples, cannot sign them out to check color at your own house, will not send design services for 1 chair (which I understand) but being sample nazi's, how does one purchase from lazyboy???

I had asked and showed sales associate Donevahn Mitchell a picture of the recliner I had in Mississippi and if he knew what model it was and with in 5 seconds of me showing him the picture he was able to tell me exactly what model it was. He was supper helpful.

Overall our experience was great!
Ashley was friendly and helpful.
Also, Sergio and David took extra measures to insure our sofa was brought through a gate, doorway and placed where we wanted it In our home.

Really too soon to give review-- want to see how loveseat performs over time. Wanted to order from website but salesperson convinced me to come to store to tryout and see color/order options. Glad I did: colors different from website and in person. Overall spent too much wasted time in store. Delivery first was 3-4 weeks, then 6-8 weeks, finally delivered @ 5 weeks. (Took a week to schedule delivery.) Delivery people were good but had no information to give me about how loveseat with all options in console works. Major disappointment. Got info on warranty, nothing else.
