I was gonna buy needed a banner quickly, I called liberty printing and they took care of me, I had a banner in less than 24 hours! The staff at liberty printing was very professional, polite and made my transaction feel personal. They answered the phone, text and communicate through email no waiting long periods of time to hear back from someone. I was beyond happy with my Banner and totally recommend them for any service I will definitely be returning to order some business fliers from them and when our business truck needs a wrap I will be going to them as well.

Called in for a quote and happened to catch the owner; he's personable, seems eager to please and carries a sense of urgency to hook you. I stopped by the office later that day with a sample product so they could see the material they'd be embroidering, I recall even physically going through the material and instruction labels. We agreed to embroider the product itself because what better way to truly gauge a business? 120+ pieces with the potential to triple the business within 3 months. I should've walked away at this point-- they messed up the product, badly. After taking a week to get thread ordered and delivered (despite multiple 2-day estimates,) I'd given the go ahead to embroider the product to present as a sample of their work, and paid for the setup + production + replacement track jackets.We requested a refund and have yet to hear back-- a continued display of the lack of ownership and accountability. Please look elsewhere for your projects.

I am a local business here in Oxnard, I was in need for last minute marketing materials for event I was having. I came in with a weeks time before I needed these menus, had all the print typed up, all I needed was for them to put it together and print it out for me. They sent me a final draft before printing and I told them I was not happy with the way the image was laid out on the menu. When I came in the day before my event to pick up my marketing materials, They have not addressed my concern at that point I would not have any marketing materials for my event the following day or I had to just use the ones they provided. I addressed my concerns and they told me I can repay to have new menus printed because I asked them to rush this order and that's why they came out the quality they did. They should not have taken my money if this was not a project they could get done properly in the amount of time. I have left the manager messages and went in to address my concern and still have not heard back weeks later from the manager. I'm very upset at the project I received and have a whole stack of menus that I'm embarrassed to pass it out. These are supposed to represent my business and does not look professionally done. Looks like something my 12 year old could have done in 5 minutes They should be embarrassed for being a professional print shop

Watch out these guys totally messed up my truck! Showed up and type was not straight, and one logo was crooked and emblem on back tail gate crooked. I asked the guy onsite to fix and his response was he did not do it the owner did the work. I said I can’t drive around with crooked type, he got an attitude and said what did he want me to do about it. I said fix it! he said my options were to take or leave it! I asked to remove it. I then discovered they broke my emblem on the tailgate. These guys got upset with me when I would not accept the shotty work. They told us today not going to get our deposit back, won’t pay for Emblem, they said we could glue it back on… they broke the tabs that push in…. All in all very bad experience and was onsite Saturday waited 4 hours from them to remove the bad wrap.

I usually purchase blankets and have them embroidered from the Disney Store as gifts for my friend’s new babies. I was upset to find out that the Disney Store didn’t have this service available recently for a birthday and baby shower. Thankfully I was able to get the blankets embroidered at Liberty Printing. They came out perfect with the Disney font and my friends loved them.

Richard is a true Professional in his business of "WINDOW TINT". We dropped off our vehicle to his place of business and he told us what time our vehicle will be ready for pick up. Our vehicle was ready on time. Great Quality ‘Window Tint’. Much more cooler. The cost was reasonable. Great Value! I've been coming to Liberty printing since 2017 for stickers and logos and I'm angry and disappointed to write this review. I came in today July 2021 and discussed in length with Jeff (the OWNER) what I wanted done to my brand new truck. I asked for a simple wrap (black nothing special no logos or designs ) and asked specifically to avoid tools not meant for wrapping to avoid damage to my cars paint. I recommend NO ONE come here for their car wrapping designs and needs because while watching Jeff work on my car for 20 minutes I realized he had no training or knowledge of what he was doing. Let's start of by saying that there were other unhappy customers at the shop that I heard complaining about ridiculous prices and work which should have been a red flag. He handled the situation poorly. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to wait my turn. Once Jeff began wrapping my car he seemed to be trying to save on material and time and started taking one giant sheet to my car and slicing crooked lines and bubbles into my wrap. I've had several cars wrapped at a different shop and this is never how it looks. I can say with certainty he was doing poor work so I walked over to ask him what was happening and instead of hearing me out or trying to explain to ME THE PAYING CUSTOMER what was happening with MY car Jeff kept making excuses and started getting angry with me. I'm sorry but if I'm paying $$ you should be able and willing to provide some customer care. I then inspected closer and saw there was damages to my brand new car and the wrap. Upon seeing the damage and anger from Jeff I felt uncertain about him doing the rest of the car so I asked him to stop and take off the piece of wrap he had put on the side of my car. Jeff was rude, impatient, rushing and lacking knowledge on car wraps. I had a horrible experience and if you're reading this I'm saving you some heartache and time! Do not come here for your car needs!! After all was said and done Jeff still charged me 142.00$ to take off his mediocre work, I paid it and left a very unhappy dissatisfied never returning customer. Choose a professional, save your money and find a different shop.
