PU Appointment was at 10am.Checked in at 9.50am.It’s 12.15pm.No door given.The lady at check in is helpful.Drivers here checked in before me also waiting for door!just to share Lineage in Tri cities WA took 8 hours to load last month!You waste your time fuel and they don’t care.

My appointment 10am I’m still waiting for door its 4pm right now its place hell .. if you want to come seriously then bring Breakfast,lunch & dinner ,, watching movie & enjoy ur food here

Ck in at gate 1 see pic then gate 2 for a frozen delivery ckd in at 1130 4 a 1300 appt assigned door 1225 once they ckd seal empty by 1600 automated ck in using QR code there's a map of facility in the pics good luck

Very bad experience . Came into gate at 6am checked in at 7 am (by phone) . After checking in I asked the young lady in the recieving office what I had to do next . Told me to go to truck and park at staging area and they would call you . After waiting 3 hours I came back to office and now a gentleman was there and was told I should have stayed there until he arrived so he can give me a door . Explained what happened and he knew what happened as I’m not the only one . So he gives me a sheet and tells me to back into dock 19 . I cut the seal and open doors and back in . As I was walking into office the unloaded met me 1/2 way and said I was not suppose to open doors or cut the seal off . This is just too confusing for me as they don’t give you instructions verbally or even on the paper they give you telling you all of their rules . Just a bad experience that’s all . Remember gate 1 check in and wait here till u get dispatched and when told to back into dock don’t open doors or cut seal . They have to do it.

Was loaded as soon as I pulled up…but I was like a hour late because of mis communication and was charged a late fee of 150.00….so drivers please be on time ?♀️

For those of you who use these reviews for pickup and delivery information. Take the 101 to Rose St. Travel south to 3rd St. Turn right on 3rd and Lineage is on the left. There are 4 Gates, check in at the last gate on the left which is Gate 1. Pull beyond the yellow rails that you will see on your right and park and check in at the tiny office you saw on your left as you parked. For picking up, a confirmation number (starts with a CO) and pickup numbers which start with 100 and or M3 are needed. They have a few staging spots for early arrivals near gate 1 and gate 2.

By appt only and it doesn't matter if appt time passed, they.will hold truck even if you are the only one checked in and no other trucks around. Never coming back here again

I would give 0 stars. Came here for 9am appointment to pick frozen strawberries. Checked in 8am and it’s now 6PM and still load not ready and no dock. For delivery it’s same thing talked to a driver that was delivering here. He checked in at 6am to unload and was told we are waiting for a container until then we can’t unload you and it’s 6PM he’s still here.
