OVERALL: excellent! Would 100% use again.FACILITIES: very clean and sensibly laid out.Our 10x20 unit was more than enough for a 20' U-Haul truck; we probably could've fit 2x 20' trucks of stuff inside.ONBOARDING: very smooth; I did mine over the phone in probably under 10 minutes, and I imagine you can also do so online.CUSTOMER SERVICE: very responsive and friendly.Their onsite customer service was very good as well.AFTER HOURS: access was very easy.Really happy we chose to go with this location!
