Have gotten installations from here before and had a good experience. But their carpet measuring / installation team quoted my project with 50% material waste, which is laughable besides being ridiculous. Maybe they are used to dealing with people who don't know better. But can't recommend them anymore.

I shop here a lot. I often buy things I could get at other places because I enjoy home improvement stores. I sometimes buy things I didn't know existed until I went to the store. I get inspired to take on projects from walking the isles.

No receipt? No refund or store credit. Buyer beware. Save your receipt. For such a big company, seems they are penny pinching. I don't always save my receipts after a project. I return things I didn't need after the project. I will do most of my shopping at Home Depot.

Lowes itself was fine, but their contracted delivery people have twice shown me that they lack caring for seniors or at least understanding their needs. As a senior and a senior advocate, I have offered my services to train.In Lowe's response, I heard nothing that would be done to address this issue with their contractor. In both cases they just shoved the new appliances over where the old one was without giving any time for cleanup of the installation area. In the cse of my refrigerator, there was a nasty mess beneath that I wanted to have a moment to clean up. They just insisted to install over the crud. And they were somewhat condescending, as well. This contractor is giving Lowe's a bad name in customer service.

Seth, from the Oxnard CA Lowe’s. Awesome customer service and super helpful and nice. Really had great communication skills and social skills. Even on questions he wasn’t sure of he looked it up for me as opposed to giving me a random guessed answer. Those are rare people to find as staff. Please give this staff the recognition he deserves!

NEVER use Lowe's to replace your kitchen cabinets!!! I ordered kitchen cabinets 6 months ago and the project is still incomplete with no end date in sight. I have had nothing but problems from day one. The person who measured did not do an accurate job and forgot a whole section on the back side of the island. The "design expert" designed the kitchen, however didn't realize a whole sections wasn't accounted for. In all fairness, they took care of that problem, but it added a few weeks onto the project. The hood above the stove has been sent 4 times incorrect. It is now on order AGAIN, I'm hoping for the best but doubtful.The installation has been a nightmare also. Getting ahold of the installer has been challenging to say the least. He is unresponsive, and doesn't follow up or respond to calls or text. He keeps closing work orders that are not complete. The workers he sends are very good but their hands are tied with finishing my project. I have spent countless hours and too much energy trying to deal with the installation department, only to have them not allow me to speak to a manager. In addition, they changed the installation team mid project (at about the 5 month mark). They reversed that decision after I complained. They don't know how to help with any of the issues I am experiencing.Needless to say, I am furious and so disappointed!! I should have hired a contractor, it would have been less hassle and way cheaper!

Bad experience the manager treats people bad and doesn't care about the homeless I've been a customer all my life and never seen a manger this bad has no empathy for the people

Took forever to get someone to help with a disposal. I finally had to go around the store to locate an employee. Then, all the registers are closed. And the girl at self checking really didn't want to help me. I'm not an employee. You used to be more customer friendly then Home Depot. Now you're just as bad if not worse. Bring back customer service. Come on Lowe's.

Everything is easy to find especially if you look for it online. Once at the store the items are where the website stated. Workers are very courteous
