Terrible service. Skip this place. Young kids, poor management. And it's dirty. The yogurt machines were disgusting

So, my buddy used to be the Menchies kingpin in Westlake, and I got to be his trusty sidekick for a while, learning all the Menchies tricks of the trade. Fast forward to my wife and me venturing into a Menchies joint, eager to sample some flavors. Guess what? The young gal behind the counter dropped a bomb on my wife. "Sorry, no samples," she said with a straight face. I couldn't help myself; I had to ask why. Her response? "Since Covid, we've ditched the sample cups." Well, well, well... I sauntered over to the Menchies at the Thousand Oaks Mall, and lo and behold, they were handing out sample cups like they were free tickets to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. So, what's the deal? Was our gal at Menchies #1 lying or hiding the cups like they were the crown jewels? Let me tell you, Menchies, you might wanna rethink your strategy because when you have kids running the show and folks like me are denied our frozen yogurt sampling rights, you risk losing customers faster than a cat can chase a laser pointer.

Fun Froyo experience. So many Topps, so many reasons to come back. Clean location with so many non-dairy options to please the whole family. Fun music makes the froyo adventure even better. Can't wait for the next cup of Dark Chocolate froyo with chocolate chips, fresh strawberries and mallow topp.

I love froyo and I have been to this location about a dozen times. It's your standard serve yourself and pay by weight froyo place. The usually have a decent variety of toppings and it's never filthy inside. That's about where the compliments ends. They are always out of specific froyo flavors "for the day." It's also worth noting that they also tend to be "out" of certain toppings too, especially the later it is in the day. I went yesterday at 6:30 PM and they were out of both vanilla and classic tart. At first you might think "ah well it happens" or "there are supply chain shortages" because I did. I try to be understanding and graceful but this seems to be a chronic issue. When you ask the staff about it, they shrug it off. You get non-answers like "this what what we have tonight" or "we're out of that right now." If I go back the next day, guess what they suddenly have? It's giving: we don't care about our customers. It's giving: we don't want to offer the products we advertise. I am getting the impression that the staff doesn't want to make more, get our more toppings if they think they won't all be used, or just generally don't care about the customer's experience. It is honestly insane! I think I will be taking a break from this place for a while. Perhaps when they start to emphasize product availability and customer service, I'll return. If not, I'll be looking forward to whatever takes their place because they are doomed to go out of business if they continue like they have been.

Yogurt was good but too many choices were empty. Topping choices were typical. Nice outside seating.

Stopped by as I needed a cool treat for the heat that we are experiencing right now. This did the treat. One of the few frozen yogurt places left. Tart, mango boba with cheesecake bites! Yasss!

Make your own frozen yogurt. Plus plus several sorbets for those who are not able to have dairy. Drop by fill up your cup and put on your toppings. And it's priced right too

Kinda disappointed. We are frequent customers here. Today my daughter decided to try the new blueberry boba and it tasted like medicine and bitter. I told the worker and she said they are always bitter. I told her we have never had bitter boba and it tasted like medicine. I asked if my daughter could get a different flavor. She said I would have to pay for a new one and just because the topping taste bad it’s not their products fault. I had to pay for another and she finally agreed to give me a discount. I don’t understand what happened. We will not be going back to this location again!!
