Terrible service. The kid was on his phone and acted like I was bothering him. I could not understand what he was saying, which was annoying to both of us. I asked for help with my phone and he suggested turning off my VPN cause that was the problem. The he started deleting my apps, so I asked him to stop. Absolutely a waste of my time. I'm going to go elsewhere in the future.

We have been getting scammed for MONTHS by the two workers that currently work there as of now. I went in to ask if I can change to metro from another company, they said I can but transferring would be $25…I thought it was $10 but I didn’t pay much attention to it. Also, my brothers phone broke not to long ago and wanted to get a new phone so he went and asked the worker. My brother clearly told him to take out the old phone from the line which they told him that they did, once he got home everything was perfect but once he started getting messages from the old phone for months he knew something wasn’t right. He went to ask the worker if they had surely taken off the line of the phone that wasn’t working and they told him they had. He was kinda suspicious about but didn’t think much of it since they had assured him that they took it off….turns out, they hadn’t and we were paying for a phone that didn’t work for MONTHS. My brother had also gotten a Wi-Fi box from metro a while back to try it out and used it for a couple months, but when he didn’t want it anymore, we went to ask if they can take it out from our line. The worker had told us that he could but we would have to pay FULL price which was OVER $200 (for 3 active phones, 1 phone that didn’t work and didn’t know we were paying for it…that was asked to be taken out months ago, 1 new phone line being added for $25, a tablet, and WiFi box), (mind you, they gave my brother a tablet for $10 because we “qualified” for it but never told him that it would be added to the charges in our line but my brother only took the offer because it was cheap and he thought it would only need Wi-Fi, he didn’t think it would be added to our line). Once asked to take the 1 phone that didn’t work, the tablet, and the Wi-Fi box, the worker told us that we would have to pay full price this time because we waited 4-5 days since our line was suspended. It was completely understandable to pay full price this time and next time we would be paying less since the things would be taken off next time because he told us it would’ve been off by next month. We agreed, once we got home, we thought that we would have access to the Wi-Fi for one more month since we payed fully but…no. We payed EXTRA FOR NOTHING. We should’ve gotten an extra month of Wi-Fi for paying full price but no. They took it off and we still payed full price. Make it make sense because it doesn’t. There’s really poor customer service. They were getting irritated at the fact that I was asking question about the situation and one even told me “do you want to get added to the line or not because I’m not about to get into a discussion with you” with a mad tone. They clearly have to work on improving their customer service. They need to address issues and make sure that customer concerns are heard and resolved effectively. I am very upset, I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. NEVER AGAIN!

They are SCAMMERS THEY TRIED TO ROB ME THEY WERE CHARHING ME 150 for 3 lines that’s crazy I regularly pay 120 ever since they changed owners they change the prices for the lines never coming again horrible service

Great experience at Metro. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and they made the whole process of getting a new phone super easy. They even helped transfer my data. Good selection, fair prices, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Very bad service...they made me wait almost 40 minutes and in the end they did not attend to me and I just wanted to pay my monthly bills...and the girl who was there today, Friday, November 25, was only on the phone talking to her mother...and at In the end I turned around and left that store... this store is not interested in serving customers or users well...
Terrible service...
They don't deserve any stars.
I hope metro takes action on the matter...

Very bad service! Today I went to fix something because I was paying for several devices and today was the day they would have to reimburse me and lower the rate for the devices. We had a contract for such and such a date and today was the date and it turns out that due to the ineptitude of the workers They gave me another date that wasn't.
They didn't refund me anything and they didn't lower my rate! And it wasn't even my fault and they didn't know how to solve anything for me and I had to pay a large amount month after month ?
I didn't sue them because I don't have time! Today I am changing company. That nasty...

I should have read the reviews before walking in here, what a waste of time. Walked in trying to buy a new Galaxy A13 supposedly $129 for upgrade, total after fees $240 when I asked what fees the rude rep said its fees plus tax… I said Oxnard tax is 9.25% where is the rest coming from? She continues with fees. She sounded ignorant so I called another location and was quoted $170 with connecting phone and tax! Thats $70 dollars I saved. Dont get scammed, shop around and go elsewhere.
