Excellent customer service gave me options to save money when other Metro Pcs shops denied those options will definitely come back when needing to buy another phone. Recommended stopping here besides that they open earlier than the other shops.

Can I call from Moorpark to see if they had a certain T-Mobile hotspot at PCS which they sell and when I got they told me on the phone that they did have it when I got here they tell me they did not have it they do not have it

Terrible service THEIR agents do not help you 5 lines with them one without service working calling to find out why there is no service and you have to go in person because they are not qualified to provide service over the phone

Terrible service, employees WITHOUT SUFFICIENT TRAINING, make you wait a long time, do not offer ANY ALTERNATIVE, DO NOT LOOK FOR A WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS, The girl who helped me had no idea what she had to do, they made me come back the next day only to waste more time!!!This is the first and LAST time I come.And by the way, not ZERO RECOMMENDED**
